Hate is a very strong word. i dont think he hates her or vice versa. There may be some problems, they'll sort it out.

haan ji real life mein karan shubhangi atre ko pasand nahi karta yar .....................par koi baat nahi us ki marzi hai yar us ki life hai who kis ko pasand karay ya na karay .......................karan dil ka saaf insan hai jo baat dil mein hoti hai face k day tha hai yar ......................mujay apna karan har hal mein pasand hai 😃

There is some differences between Karan & Shubhangi. Hate is a very strong word you can say they don't like each other.
