Along with Shah Rukh Khan even the Bombay Municipal Corporation (BMC) has not been too happy about the parodies of his TV shows.

Looks like making fun of SRK has not gone down well with them. Perhaps that's why the Mumbai metropolitan decided to do away with the studio where Kya Aap Paanchvi Fail Champu Hain? was being shot. The show is a parody of Shah Rukh's show Kya Aap Paanchvi Paas Se Tez Hain?, which is playing on Star TV. According to sources, "The studio where the spoof show was being shot was demolished. The demolition was undertaken by the BMC as it claimed that the studio was an unauthorised construction."

However, the organisers of the show might have just got lucky. As a source says, "Luckily for the channel and its producers, they had completed shooting for all the episodes of the show in the wee hours of the nightitself."

The show is hosted by Sunil Grover, who shot into fame with Kaun Banega Champu, which was a parody of the Shah Rukh's Kaun Banega Crorepati. Shah Rukh had once laughed at the show at a public film award function.
