Bani: Iss waqt kaun hoga?? I think u should answer it Mr. Walia must be important, shayad ghar se ya airport se phone ho
Jai (groaned loudly): Godammit😡 I will kill whoever is calling me right now! (sat up...pulling Bani up with him...still holding her and kissing her neck..he answered angrily) HELLO!😡 Yes Jai Walia speaking...aap kaun? WHAT???
Bani moved away from Jai a little...sliding her choli back over her shoulder again.
Jai (tense): Ok...yes...ok.(hangs up)
Bani: Kya hua? Aap parishaan kyun lag rahe hai. (Jai looked at Bani, went quiet. He held her face in his palms..rubbed her cheeks gently with his thumb) Kahiye na? Kya baat hai? Aise kyun dekh rahe hai mujhe?
Jai (softly): Bani..dekho...ghabrao mat. Kisine GT Hospital se phone kiya hai...Pia aur AD ke bahut bura accident hua hai airport jaate hue. Kaafi chhot aye hai. Tony bhi ghayal hua hai.
Bani: Kya!!! Pia ka accident!😲 Kaisi hai woh? Yeh acchanak kya hua? 😭
Jai: Bani...chinta mat karo sab theek hojayega. Hum chalte hai wahaan abhi
Bani quickly tied up her choli again, got out of bed and wrapped the dupatta around her She headed out to the car and left the farmhouse as quickly as possible with Jai.
On the way to the hospital Bani couldn't stop crying, she kept thinking about the condition in which Pia and AD may be in😭... horrible thoughts were coming into her mind. They had been so happy these last couple of days with the success of the fashion show, news of their baby and their trip to Paris. Bani closed her eyes and prayed that everything was ok. Pia being pregnant scared her more...she hoped nothing bad had happened. Jai looked over to Bani saw the tears streaming down her face. He held her hand, tried to assure her and comfort that Pia and AD will be fine...but she only cried more.😭
Bani: Mr. Walia...yeh sab kya hogaya...meri behn😭
Jai: Bani sab theek hoga don't worry. I'll call up the hospital and tell them to give Pia and AD the best treatment...gharwalon ko bhi inform kar deta hoon.(looking for his mobile) Oh sh*t....mobile toh maine.!😕 (Bani looked at him...remembering how he broke it) Bani please don't worry I'll get us to the hospital as soon as possible. (Jai increased the speed of the car)
Bani nodded...calmed down a bit...continued to pray silently. Jai glanced over to Bani every so often as she prayed. All day she had been smiling and now all of a sudden she was worried, scared about her sisters well being. Truelly was a bad time for all this to happen...just when all three sisters were the most happiest in their lives. He prayed to god to silently too wishing everything was ok...he looked over to Bani again noticed something on her forehead
Jai: Bani...ur sindoor...it's a little smudged. (Jai rubbed his thumb across her forehead to clear it slightly...then wiped the tear that rolled down her face) Himmat rakho Bani, Pia ur AD theek honge mera dil keh raha hai.
Bani took Jai's hand in hers kissed it, she was glad to have such a supportive and caring husband. Had she been alone right now she would have been a total mess. As Jai continued to drive down the highway a car horned for no apparent reason and then flashed it lights blinding Jai. Jai lost control of the car and swerved but slammed on the breaks and the car screeched to a halt safely...stopping just at a bridge.
Jai: B*****d!!!😡🤬 What the hell was that driver doing! Bani u ok? Not hurt or anything.
Bani (shaking): Theek hoon....bas ghabra gaye.
Jai kissed the side of her head with relief. He was about to start the car again when, Bani's passenger door suddenly opened and two guys dragged her out!
Bani: Arrrhghhh....Mr. Walia!.chhodo mujhe!.kaun ho tum??
Jai: Bani!!!
Jai got out of his car but was held back two more men and they started beating Jai up. Bani looked back at Jai getting bashed and screamed out to him as the goons dragged her towards a van standing nearby
Bani: Mr. Waliaaaa😭 Let go of me!!! (trying to free her arms) 😡
Jai was kicked and punched to the ground...his whole body began to ache from the severe blows. From the corner of his eyes he watched Bani being dragged towards a van. They were trying to push her in but she was resisting. Jai tried to get up...got on his knees...but was kicked back on the ground. He was was in severe pain and groaned loudly...but the two men continued to lash out Jai.
Guy 1: Hey...humme toh sirf ladki se kaam hai...isse itna kyun maar rahe hai iss. Jigyaasa maam ne toh maarne ki baat nahin ki thi...sirf woh phone call karne ko kaha
Guy 2: Haan magar mujhe kuch hi der pehle phone aya tha...plan badal gaya hai! (what a 🤬!😡)
On hearing his sisters name, .Jai felt sick to the stomach. Jigyaasa had planned all this just to get his Bani out of the way, out of his life. He never once thought she would stoop this low and actually think about harming someone. No wonder she was acting all weird for the last few days, he thought. Anger raged inside of him😡!.he was not gonna let Jigyaasa win on this...nothing would happen to Bani and he will make sure of it.
Jai clenched his fists and got up with the little strength he had in him. He glared at the two men😡, who looked looked surprised to see him standing after all the thrashing. Jai then pounced on them beating the crap out of them. He thrashed them so much that they both passed out.👏 Jai looked over to the van...saw Bani trying to keep herself out of it as the two guys tried to push her in. One of the guys turned and slapped Bani hard across the face. Jai ran up to them...punched both the guys...then pulled them away from Bani.by hooking his arms around their necks tightly.
Jai: How dare u touch my wife!😡 (looked at Bani..she had blood oozing out of her mouth) Bani...go from here! Now...Jao! Pia aur AD ko kuch nahin hua. It was trap! It was....owww(one of the goons dug his elbow into Jai's stomach very hard) Bani...go from here...NOW!
Bani (didn't want to leave him): Mr. Walia...mein😒
Jai: Bani...Jao kuch nahin hoga mujhe....I promise...just GO!!
Bani made a run for it. Jai started hitting the guys as best as he could with the little energy he had left. One of the guys escaped Jai hold and went after Bani. (oh my god!😲) Jai kicked and punched the guy he was holding then threw him on the ground. Jai ran after the guy chasing Bani.... grabbed him just as he reached Bani then flung him to the ground. Bani looked around for help...as she continued to run down the road but no one seemed to around...no cars were passing too. She turned back towards Jai saw him struggling with one of the guys by the bridge...she slowed down. Still looking back...she saw one of the guys getting up behind Jai aprroaching him with a knife!.
Bani: MR. WALIA LOOK OUT!!😲😭
Jai yelled in pain as he felt the sharp instrument pierce into his back. Jai flung his arm across, hitting the guy with the knife in the face so hard that he fell straight over the bridge into the river below.
Jai (holding onto the other guy as best he could, he was in severe pain...but held on): Howww..much did Jigyaasa give u to hurt me and my wife? How much?? Tell me godammit!!!😡😡
Guy didn't say anything was just trying his best to free himself from Jai grip. Jai stumbled a little...but held on to that guy. Both got into a nasty brawl again...throwing punches at one another, but then the guy tripped and went over the bridge into the fast flowing river below....taking Jai with him!
Bani: MR. WALIAAAA!!!!😲😭 (ran back towards the bridge again...tried locating Jai)
The two guys that Jai beat up earlier....were beginning to come around again. They saw Bani looking over the bridge crying. They got up started to approach her from behind, but they saw a car coming and decided to abort their plans. They got into the van and fled the scene.
Bani: Mr. Walia...aap kahaan hai! (looks into the water...it was very dark and very little could be seen) MR. WALIA. Oh god! koi meri madat karo!😭! (looking around she saw a car approaching)😭
Bani tried to flag down the car..thankfully it stopped and a young couple got out seeing a distressed girl in a dulhan attire.
Bani: Please meri madat kijiye...mere pati aur mujhpar kisi ne hamla kiya hai....woh paani mein gir gaye..please..police ko phone kijiye..call the police....please....Mr. Waliaaaaaa (collapses)

Jigyaasa stormed into the Plaza Hotel to find Mohan sitting outside by the pool enjoying a drink
Jigyaasa (pulls him up and slaps him hard across the face): Mohan u two faced creep!!! Tumne kaha tha ke sirf Bani ko kidnap karoge. Jai bhaiya par koi aanch nahin aayegi. That was the plan right? Then what the bloody hell have u done!😡 (gripping his collar!)
Mohan: Relax Jigyaasa...why are u getting so worked up. U wanted to get ur hands on ur brothers property ...Bani se darr rahi thi na ke Walia Empire usske haath chala jayega. Lekin ab uski toh koi gunjaish nahin. Ek jhatke mein tumhare problem solve kardi maine.
Jigyaasa: Haan mujhe Walia Empire chahiya tha...lekin iss tarah nahin...uss din jab hum mile toh...

Jigyaasa sat at a restaurant with a few friends of hers...complaining about all the family members how they couldn't stop ranting about Rano and Bani.
Jigyaasa: Jai bhaiya toh ek baat bhi nahin sunte...le doobenge yeh do ladkiyan inhe. Kya karoon mein? I have to do something?
Man: I can help u if want.?
Jigyaasa: Mohan tum? How can u help me? Any why would u want to help?
Mohan: Neeche car park mein milo..bata ta hoon.
Jigyaasa bid her friends goodbye and went to see Mohan in the car park
Jigyaasa: Tum meri madat kyun karna chahte ho? Jai ke toh bahut acche dost hona tum?
Mohan: Dost tha woh mera...magar ab nahin. USS Bani ke wajahse.
Jigyaasa: Bani? Tum Bani ko kaise jaante ho?
Mohan: Well I was engaged to her when she lived in Mount Abu. Apne purane ghar ko bachane ke liye mujhse shaadi karne ke liye tayaar hogayi thi...(twisting the story a little..not telling her everything) ..lekin saali..mujhe chhod ke chali gayi (leans against his car) Sar pe bottle maar ke chali gayi woh. Bholi ladki hai magar khatarnaak. Bahut dhoodha tha usse...kuch din pehle pata chala ke yahaan Mumbai mein hai...aur Jai ke gale bandhi hai...B***h!😡
Jigyaasa: Itni bholi shakal hai aur yeh sab kiya.😲 Tumhare sar pe bottle maara! You should have got her arrested then....kamse kam aaj yeh din toh nahin dekhna parta mujhe.😡 Meri bhole Jai bhaiya ko phasa liya hai usne. Din raat bas uske hi gun gaata hai! I knew from day one that she was the wrong girl for my brother. Middle class ladkiyan hoti hi aisi...matlabi. Apna fayda hi dekhte hai. Paisa hi inke dimaag mein hota hai..(aur tere dimaag mein nahin hai Jigyaasa?😡) Ab Jai bhaiya uske ke saath shaadi bhi karna chahta hai...agar aisa hogaya toh sari Walia Empire dheere dheere hi sahi uske haathon mein chali jayegi...joh main nahin hona doongi! I have to do something and get that Bani out of the way. Pata hai Walia Empire ka aadha hissa already mere naam hain magar Bani aur uski behn ke aane ke baad..shayad aadhe se bhi kam mile mujhe...Jai bhaiya wants to revise the papers. (remembers Jai's words that night they both had an argument after returning from AD and Pia reception)
Jai: Jigyaasa...for ur kind information...maine already saare Walia Empire ke do hissa kar diye the...like u want, ek mera aur ek tera. Maine socha tha ke tum khud apne bachon mein barabar divide kar logi...but seeing your behaviour (sarcastic) and just how much u trust me and love me!.I am going to revise the papers as soon as possible. Papers ab phirse banenge...Bani aur Rano jab iss ghar mein ajayenge tab mein sab kuch sort out karunga
Mohan: Jai ne mujhe uss ladki ki wajahse financially barbaad kiya and I'm not gonna let her get away with it this time. When I heard u talking to ur friends in the restaurante inside...I thought may be we can team up and do something.
Jigyaasa: Team up?
Mohan: Yes. I want Bani back and u want her out of ur brothers life....it would make sense for us to team up and do something about it. U will get what u want and I will get what I want... Bani!
Jigyaasa: Lekin hum un dono ko alag kaise karenge? Bahut mushkil hai. Jai Bhaiya toh ek lafz uske khilaaf nahin sunna chahte hai. Pata nahin kaisa jadoo kar diya hai uss ladki ne.😡
Mohan: Bani ko gayab karwadete and u can poisen Jai's mind into believing that Bani is back with me.
Jigyaasa: Jai Bhaiya won't believe that for a second.
Mohan (pacing): Hmm..maybe...but what if I blackmail Bani in to staying with me and behave as though she is in love with me... else I will do something to the love of her life Jai. Iss dhamki se toh mujhe inkaar kabhi nahin karegi..bahut pyaar joh karti hai Jai se..uske liye yeh bhi kar legi. Blackmailing her would work I am sure.
Jigyaasa: Yeahh...I guess that could work. A threat might well keep her away from Jai. With her out of the scene Jai bhaiya won't revise them papers too...thoda bahut depressed hojayenge...lekin mein hoon na. Sab dekh longi! Ok. Lets do this Mohan...i am with u. U think of a day to kidnap that girl and then I'll do what I have to filling Jai Bhaiya's ears on how cheap a girl Bani is!😡 (Cheap to tu hai Jigs🤢)

Jigyaasa (shouting): Why did u change the plan dammit!!! I just spoke to one of the guys we sent out to kidnap Bani' Jai bhaiya ko maarne ka bilkul bhi plan nahin tha lekin tumne toh...!!!😡 U son of a 🤬!!!
Mohan😈: Jigyaasa cool down will u. (sits back down...gulps down a glass of whiskey) Look that day when I saw u in the restaurante complaining to ur friends about ur brother and his new girlfriend, I saw it as a golden opportunity. Mujhe laga Jai aur Bani se badla lena hai toh kyun na tumhara istemaal karen. Maine socha agar tum mere saath ho jaogi toh kaam thoda aahsaan hojayega mere liye. Bani ko toh sabak sikhana hi tha mujhe'toh kidnapping aur blackmailing ka idea accha tha...lekin Jai se bhi badle lena tha. Maine phir plan ko thodasa badal diya...socha kyun na ab ek hi teer se do shikaar karoon. Jai ne mujhe barbaad kiya...mera saara business, naam sab kuch cheen liya. Toh maine socha kyun na Jai ko hi...(Jigyaasa glared at Mohan😡) Iss tarah Bani se badla le liye...usse uska pyaar cheen kar. Aur Jai bhi raaste se hat gaya. Poor lovebirds! Jaldbaazi mein shaadi ki aur shaadi ka ek din bhi naseeb nahin hua!! 😈
Jigyaasa😡: Mohannnnnnnnn!!! Dammit u used me in all this?? Nahin chhodungi tumhe!! 😡 I will inform the police. I am not gonna let u get away with this!! Ur stupid plan killed my brother!!!! 😒 I never wanted this to happen...I loved my brother! (yeah right!)
Mohan: Jigyaasa...please spare me this sisterly act. Tum apne bhai se kitna pyaar karti ho saaf saaf dikhay de raha hai. U want to inform the poilice right? Well go right ahead...I don;t care. I get arrested...I will tell them about my partner in crime...YOU!😡 The entire conversation we had that night in the car park was recorded on my cell. Soch lo khud hi musibat mein ajaogi. U wanted Bani out of the way ...cuz u were so worried about the property going to her. Ur family will disown u like that if they find out u hand a hand in all this! Property, paisa toh haath bhi nahin ayegei tumhare! Aadha hissa abhi tumhare naam hai? Now with Jai gone u have the chance to get all of it....u can even give me a share...afterall ur Jai bhaiya did ruin me!😉 All u have to do is keep ur mouth shut about all this...that we were involved. Rahi baat Bani ki...well u keep her out of Walia Mansion now...I will make sure she comes crawling back to me!
Jigyaasa thought for a moment. If Mohan was arrested she would be in trouble too. The entire family would hate her for her act. She cursed the moment she decided to team up Mohan. Yes she did want to get rid of Bani...but never had imagined anything so bad to happen to her or her brother. The plan wasn't to kill or harm anyone...was just abduction and blackmail....but now things were a lot complicated. She could be charged for her own brothers murder if the police got to know of her involvement in all this. As she walked back to her car to head home...she remembered her last conversation with Jai in his room before they left for the wedding😒....how he said he loved her and always wanted her to be a part of his happiness and accept Bani. She loved her brother to death but just couldn't bring herself to accept Bani, she was not from their class or society and had always heard from her friends how their sons, husbands had been trapped by these middle class women just to gain money, power in society.
Throughout her journey home Jigyaasa thought about what must be happening at home, news of Jai and Bani must have filtered through by now. With Jai now gone she knew Masi and Adi would be there to support Bani. She needed to act fast think of a way to keep Bani out of Walia Mansion for good once and for all.

Two days later.
After Bani had collapsed at the road side the couple had called the police and admitted her to hospital . She lay in an unconscious state for the last couple of days. When she finally came around...she looked around the room confusedly...frowning as she noted the unfamiliar surroundings. She then saw Masi and Dadi crying silently in one corner. Bani suddenly remembered the incident and sat up.
Bani: Masi...Mr. Walia kahaan hai? Paani mein gir gaye the. Mujhe unke paas le chaliye.😔 (Masi cries)
Dadi (whispers): Billo...sambhalo apne aap ko. Bani beta...Jai putter abhi...😒
Bani: Dadi..Mr. Walia theek hai? Kya woh ghar pe hai? Thank god!😃 Humpe kisine hamla kiya tha..bahut maara tha unhe...theek haina woh? Chaliye abhi chaliye. (gets out of bed...but sits back down as her head was still spinning.)
There was a knock on the door and a policeman entered with Aditya. Aditya looked rather tire....his eyes heavy...face was very pale too. As Aditya sat down next to Bani...he remembered Jai's words.
Adi u know how eager I have been to marry Bani...I can't believe I am actually marrying her today...can't tell u how good I feel my life will be complete. 😃 I love her so much Adi. Mein usse woh saari khushiyan doonga jiski woh hakdaar hai. Bahut saha hai itni kam umar mein, lekin ab nahin.😃
Aditya (sighed deeply'ran his hand over Bani's head..held back his tears): Bani beta ab tabiyat kaisi hai?
Bani: Theek hoon...Mr. Walia kahaan hai?😒 Aur yeh inspector yahaan kyun aye hai?
Aditya: Beta bas kuch poochna chah rahe hai...uss hadse ke baare mein
Inspector: Bas kuch hi sawaal poochna hai aapse...zyaada samay nahin loonga.
Bani: Abhi nahin..pehle mein Mr. Walia se mil loon...Masi chaliye na😒
Masi😒: Chalte hai beta...Inspector saab kabse raha dekh rahe hai ke tum se kuch sawaal pooche.
Bani: Achha..jaldi kijiye...mujhe ghar jaana hai😒
Inspector: Mrs. Walia...aap batayenge uss raat kya hua?
Bani (confused): Uss raat? Lekin kal raat hi toh sab kuch hua??😕
Masi: Beta...do din se tum yahaan ho. Uss hadse ka kaafi asar hua tha tum par, behosh hi rahi. Tumhare haali mein operation bhi hua tha na, issiliye shayad
Inspector: Aap ko joh kuch bhi yaad ho...
Bani began narrating ,in detail, to the inspector everything that happened that night, right from the telephone call they received at the farmhouse to the car swerving off the road. She started breathing heavily in fear...gripped the bed covers tightly...remembering how two men pulled her out of the car and how another two began attacking Jai. She explained how Jai had beaten a couple of them then saved her from the being dragged into a van.
Inspector: Van kaisi thi? Kuch yaad hai? Number plate? Colour? Anything distinctive?
Bani (closed her eyes..tried to remember..then opened them): Bahut andhera tha...shayad dark blue colour ki van thi...number plate...nahin...Mr. Walia said it was a trap! Some one had purposely called us that night saying Pia and AD had an accident so we come out of the farmhouse.😒😒 Unhe peeche se vaar bhi kiya tha...phir woh...bridge par se...(Masi tried not to breakdown after hearing what Jai and Bani had gone through)
Inspector: Kya aap bata sakhte hai..kisne hamla kiya hoga...koi dushmani...kisi par shaq hai?
Bani: Mujhe kuch nahin pata....aapne Mr. Walia se nahin poocha? 😒 Shayad woh jaante hai...kuch kehna chah rahe the mujhse...uss raat. Masi...ghar chale? Mr. Walia paas jaana hai😒 (sliding off the bed she held her head...still feeling a little woozy. Masi quickly supported her...so she didn't fall.)
Masi: Inspector saab, Bahu ko ghar lejaana hai, umeed hai ke aap samjhenge. Yeh sab baad mein hum...
Inspector: Ok... Thank you Mrs Walia. Zaroorat parne par mein aapse phir milunga iss case ke silsile mein. Waise bhi Adityaji hamaari kaafi madat kar rahe hai abhi.
Aditya: Masi, Maa aap Bani ko ghar lejaye mein inspector ke saath jaa raha hoon. Shayad kuch pata chale
Once the Inspector had left with Aditya, Masi helped Bani change into a light coloured saree. Dadi and Masi both helped her out of the hospital then took her home
The drive back home was very quiet. Masi and Dadi bearly uttered a word, they seemed lost withdrawn. Bani kept asking about Jai but they didn't say much, this began to worry Bani even more.😔 When they finally reached WM...there was a lot of commotion outside the gate. Reporters were trying to make their way in but were being held back by security. As their car passed, Bani heard reporters hurl questions at her
Reporter 1: Baniji..kya yeh sach hai ke aap aur Mr. Walia ne shaadi ki thi kuch hi din pehle?
Reporter 2: Media se yeh baat kyun chhupay gayi?
Reporter 3: Baniji...kya yeh sach hai ke Mr. Walia aur aap par hamla hua...aur ab Mr Walia...
Bani couldn't catch the last part of his sentence but for some reason she knew something wasn't right. The car stopped outside the main door and Bani got out of the car she looked up at the Mansion. She smiled faintly as it was the first time she saw Walia Mansion. 😊 This was her sasuraal.. her Jai's home...her home. She couldn't wait to go inside and see him, she hoped he was ok...he had been beaten quite badly that night. As she walked up the steps to the door... Tony came out to her.
Tony: Maam...aap theek hai?
Bani: Haan theek hoon. Tumhare Jai Sir kahaan hai? Theek hai? Unka theek se khayaal rakhana?
Tony went quiet, not knowing what to say to her. Masi looked at Tony shook her head telling him she knew nothing yet.
Masi: Chalo Bani beta ghar mein chalo (holding her by the arm)
Jigyaasa: Waheen pe ruk jao!😡
Masi: Jigyaasa yeh kya keh rahi ho?
Jigyaasa: Masi iss ladki ke liye iss ghar mein koi jagah nahin hai. Iss manhoos ke wajah se aaj mera bhai iss duniya mein nahin raha!😡 (blame it on Bani now!😡..ur manhoos woman!)
Bani held the door for support her body felt weak, numb almost. Her heart thumped erratically against her chest and her head felt heavy. What did she mean Jai was no more? He told her her nothing would happen to him.😔 He promised.

Bani: Masiiiii... Masi unhone kaha tha unko kuch nahin hoga. Kaha tha Masi...😭😭 Masi...woh mujhe kaise chhode ke jaa sakhte hai? (falls to the floor...mumbles) Unhone kaha tha hamesha mere saath rahenge...mere paas...😭 Poilce ne unka pata kyun nahin lagaya?
Masi (breaks down too): Beta...police ne bahut koshish ki dhoondh ne ki...do laashe mili hai paani mein se. Munna ki sherwani bhi baramad hue lekin Munna... 😭Police ka kehna hai Munna shayad bahut aage beh chukka hai...shayad hi uski body mile. Paani itna gehra hai...ke kisi ka bhi bachna mushkil tha..aur phir Jai zakhmi bhi toh tha (breaks down even more...😭) Aditya do dino se pata karne ki koshish mein hai..poilce ki jitne bhi madat kar sakhta hai kar raha hai...lekin...Munna...😭. Rano aur Pia dono ko inform kar diya hai...woh dono wapas aa rahe hai. Jab yeh haadsa hua dono flight mein the...wahaan pochne par pata chala. Foren aane ki koshish ki'lekin flights nahin mil rahi thi aaj shaam tak aajayenge.
Jigyaasa 😡: Bani...agar tum chahti ho ke main police ko phone na karoon toh abhi iss ghar se chali jao. Yahaan tumhare liye koi jagah nahin hai. Mein tumhe iss ghar mein..ya aas paas kahin dekhna nahin chahti. U already know what I think about your sister Rano'usse kabhi nahin accept karti lekin ab mera beta uske saath juda hai...usse kabhi takleef nahin doongi. (apne bhai ko takleef de sakti thi?😡) Tum agar apni behn ko khush dekhna chahti ho toh abhi yahaan se chali jao... and never show ur face here. Jigyaasa (cutting Dadi off): Kuch boli hi nahin issiliye toh yeh sab hogaya. Lekin ab nahin...ab kisiki nahin sunungi. Agar aap dono bhi mere faisle ke khilaaf gaye toh aap mera mara muh dekhenenge. (like we care..mar ja!!😡)
Masi: Jigyaasa! Bani ko iss waqt hameri zarorat hai..(looks at bani sitting on the floor..looking at the mehndhi on her hands😒) Akeli kaise rahegi. Ab hum hi toh hai...
Jigyaasa: Haan toh aap bhi jaye iss ke saath...itni pyaari lagti hai toh.
Masi: Theek hai...main bhi ja rahi hoon Bani ke saath. Chal Bani...(picking her up gently) main bhi tumahre saath chal rahi hoon!(both started walking away)
Bani (stopped): Masi...aap kahin nahin jayengi aapko meri kasam. Yeh ghar aapka hai. Mera ghar banne se pehle hi ujadh gaya. Ab iss ghar mein mera kya kaam...mere pati hi nahin hai mere saath jinki wajahse mein iss ghar se judh gayi thi🥺...ab mein yahaan kaise....(she started walking away dazed😳😒... then ran out crying. Masi tried to stop her..but she continued to run)😭
Tony watched Bani run towards the main gate...then stopped seeing that it was still surrounded by reporters. Bani looked for another way to get out...noticed another small gate decided to slip out that way.
Tony(caught up with her.): Bani Maam...mat jaye...aapka hi ghar hai. Sir ko yeh bilkul bhi accha nahin lag raha hoga ke jise woh pyaar karte the woh aise akele. Sir toh chale gaye lekin aap toh aise...Aap please mere saath chaliye...outhouse mein rahiye aap. Jigyaasa maam ne joh kuch kaha usse mat dhyaan dijiye...hamesha aise hi rahi hai, kuch bhi boldeti hai. Hukum chalane ke bahut shauq hai. Please mat jaye...Aditya sir ke aanse tak...ya apni behno ke aane tak toh ruk jaye.
Bani: Tony...apni behn Rano ko khush dekhne ke liye mujhe yahaan se jaana hi hoga...Main nahin chahti ke meri wajahse aur musibat aye iss ghar par ya gharwalon par...shayad mein hi badkismat hoon...pehle mere Papa meri wajahse...aur ab...🥺
Jigyaasa (yelled from inside): Tony! Andar aao! Aur uss gate ko theekse bandh karo😡 (Tony sighed'cursed Jigyaasa under his breath 😡 ...with Jai gone...Jigyaasa will be now ordering him about left right and centre.)
Bani: Tony...Rano ka dhayaan rakhna aur baaki sab ka bhi.... (Bani ran out crying)
Bani ran down the road stopping just as she reached the corner....fell to her knees and broke down. 😭 Jai came into her life like a breath of fresh air, he made her smile, made her fall in love, filled her life with happiness. She remembered all the sweet moments she had shared with him. From the time she first saw him at his birthday party where they danced in each other arms to the time she poured water over him. She laughed a little remembering that incident..then cried again. 🥺 Every moment with Jai had been special. He always made her feel special....loved and cared about her in so many ways. He understood her like no other. She looked at the rose pendent around her neck...then held her mangalsutra tightly she cried even more. 😭
Bani sat silently on the road for quite sometime thinking about Jai, lost in her thoughts, she didn't notice a car pull up along side her. Someone got out of the car and walked over to her
Male voice: Well well well....what do we have here.
Bani's head shot up hearing that voice...it was Mohan.😡 (agaya khambhakht!😡)
Mohan (crouching to her): Akeli hogayi meri Bani? Jai ab iss duniya mein nahin raha. So sad! Ab kahan jaogi? Wapas apne chhote se ghar mein? I heard your nanand threw u out! U know u can always come back to me...u know just how much I love u...and want to be with u...right? (touched Bani's shoulder....she flinched at his touch😡) Ab toh tumhare liye yehi sahi hoga ke tum mere saath chalo...meri banke raho...Jai se bhi zyaada pyaar karunga tumhe😈
Bani: Never! I'll die then go with u!! 😡
Mohan: Like that is it? (stood up and pulled her into him'blew on her face) Tumhe pata Jai ko raaste se kisne hataya...aur kis liye? (Bani glared at him) Yeah baby...it was me...mujhe barbaad kiya tha ne ussne...tumhare liye. Bahut pyaar karta tha na..kehta ke Bani ko kuch nahin hone dega. Baat toh sach hogayi...tum toh theek thaak khadi ho yahaan mere samne...bechara khud hi mara gaya😈
Bani: YOU!!!! (slaps him) You killed Mr. Walia!!😡 (slaps him repeatedly) Police ko bata doongi..!!
Mohan (grabbed her arms...pulled her close.): Gussa aa raha hai? I love it when u get angry...aur bhi acchi lagti ho. Police ko batana chahti ho? Go ahead...u have no proof against me that I did all this. They'll arrest me then will have to let me go. Waise bhi...mujhe jail bhejne se tumhara Jai wapas toh nahin ayega na? (holds her around the waist really tightly...digging his fingers into her) Mmmm...toh tum ab yeh sab baatein bhool jao...Jai ko bhool jao...aur apne Mohan ke baare mein socho! I'm dying to get my hands on u again...ab Jai toh mere raaste mein nahin raha...ab hum Mount Abu ka kissa khatam kar sakhte hai...(runs his finger along the scar on her neck)'.chale hotel ke kamre mein? 😉
Bani spat on his face then pushed him back with all her might and ran down the road. Mohan wiped his face and laughed as he watched her go
Mohan: Bhaago Bani..but I am coming after u now!!! No one to save u now!!!
Bani ran down the road as fast as she could...she kept looking back and could see Mohans car following her. She saw an empty taxi waiting in a nearby alley...quickly boarded it and requested the taxi driver to take her home. The driver noticed she looked scared and disturbed so asked if she was ok before he started the vehicle. Bani quickly told the driver that someone was following her and she wanted to get rid of him. She told the driver to take her through different routes to her house. Taxi driver looked in the mirror saw a large car coming his way...he started the taxi and drove off quickly. Bani kept glancing behind to see where Mohans car was...it followed for some time then few miles into the drive she relaxed when she lost sight of his car.
On reaching home, Bani told the driver to wait whilst she went inside and got his fare. The driver refused to take his fare...saying he was glad to have helped and got her home safely. He told her to take care and left. Bani rushed inside her home, using the spare key she had hidden under a pot outside, switched the lights on. She looked around her small home...the decorations...the flowers..the mandap was still there. In just a couple of days her life changed so drastically. She left this place with her husband...but now...she was all alone. 😔 She looked at Jai's photo frame sitting on the shelf...went over to it and picked it up. She held the frame in her arms and broke down.😭 Jai's words kept ringing in her ears.
Jai: I love u Bani. Itna ke shayad tum kabhi soch bhi nahin sakhti. I want to spend every moment of my life with u. Fill ur life with happiness...give u everything u ever wanted
Bani I don't want anything from u. Tumhara saath hi kaafi hai...that itself makes me happy.
Bani: Mera saath hi chahiye tha toh aise kyun akela chhod gaye mujhe. You said nothing would happen to u ..toh phir?? 😭 Please comeback Mr. Walia. I need u!! Yeh sab meri wajahse hua hai...Mohan ne aapko meri wajahse maara hai. I should have died...lekin aap?😭 (she fell to the floor ...hugging the frame tightly.) Aap ke begair kya karungi Mr. Walia? Bahut akeli hogayi hoon🥺...woh Mohan bhi mere peeche...
Bani stopped crying thinking about Mohan. One thing was for certain Mohan would surely come after her...he said he would. Though he didn't follow her back home...what if he did or does make his way here. Bani stood up and looked around the house. Though this was her only home...she needed to get away. She didn't want to fall in his clutches again. If only she could get him arrested for Jai's murder, but she had no proof. He would easily get away. Getting a bag out from the drawer...she began putting in few items in. She had to leave, Rano and Pia were settled in life now they had their own lives and family to think of. She didn't want to come in the way of their happiness now. She would miss her sisters...but she had to go right now.
Bani took the figurine Jai gave from the shelf and his photo frame put it in to the bag and went upstairs. She dumped in a few clothes of hers and a few other items. She saw Jai's jacket, hanging behind the door...took it caressed it...hugging it. That night when they confessed their love for one another....Jai had given this jacket to protect her from the rain. She never returned the jacket...kept it safely...whenever she looked at it she always felt Jai was with her. Putting it carefully into her bag...she then checked her purse for some money. She didn't have much on her...but felt it was sufficent to get away from the city. Bani took her bag downstairs again and was making her way out when her eyes fell on the photo of her parents. She really wished they were here with her right now. She questioned god why they always took away the people she loved the most. Going over to the frame..she decided to take the photo with her. Getting a chair quickly she stood on it and took the frame off from the wall. As she was taking it off ...something fell to the floor.
Bani looked on the ground to see wads of money and a piece of paper. Really confused as to how and when all that money was stashed behind the photo///she got down from the chair and read the note
Dear Bani...jaanta hoon ke yeh sab paise dekh kar tum soch rahi hogi yeh yahaan kaise aur kyun hai? Hospital ke bill ke paise tum mujhe jaise lauta rahi thi mein yahaan jamah kar raha tha. Mujhe paison ki zaroorat nahin hai Bani...sirf tumhari zaroorat hai Bahut pyaar karta hoon. Jab kabhi bhi yeh paise mile..kisi acche kaam mein istemaal karna. I love u Bani...with all my heart. Bani started crying once again, remembering how Jai had stayed with her after her accident, looked after her and Rano. She remembered how distant she used to be with him...he tried his best to come close to her but she was always holding herself back. Jai had constantly told her he didn't want the money..but was taking it just to keep her happy. Even then he didn't take the money'kept it here for her. All he wanted was her love...nothing else.
Bani: Mr. Walia...why'd u leave me like this. 😔(sobs.. as she held the money in her hands)
Just then Bani heard a car pull up outside...she got up... peered out from the window and saw Mohan getting out of his car. Mohan spotted Bani peering so waved to her. Bani panicked... she looked around frantically grabbed the wads of money...her parents photo frame and a few more things and dumped it into her bag,. She then pushed the sofa against the door and switched the lights off. Running to the back entrance..she locked it then pushed a chair up against the door. She then ran upstairs with her bag,
Mohan (trying to open the door): Bani...come on don't be like this. We're old friends, open the door
Bani was petrified now'how was she going to get out of the house.
Mohan: Bani...now ur beginning to make me mad.😡(pushing the door hard now...trying to force it open)
He pushed it once more and it was open. Bani's heart began to race even more, she started sweating in fear. Mohan walked around in the living room but couldn't see her anywhere. He noticed the half finished painting on a easel.
Mohan: Nice picture Bani...u and Jai I assume? (gets out his lighter sets fire to the painting)
Mohan continued to walk around...smashing things left right and centre, knocking things over to scare Bani. He assumed she must be hiding upstairs so started making his way up to the rooms. Bani heard his footsteps so locked the door. Put a chair up against the door. She sat on the bed, thinking what to do😒 Looking at the window...she knew its was the only she could escape. The handle of her room turned and she gasped.😲 She quickly opened the window....flung her bag over to the bush below, so it didn't make a noise while it landed, then climbed out of the window. Using the pipe...she climbed down a little...almost slipping at one point...then jumped.
Getting her scooter from the side...she quietly moved it out to the front...getting it away from his car. She looked back at Mohans car...stared at his tyres. She quickly went over to the car and took the air out of the tyres.👏 Running back to her scooter she took it a little further before she started it. Mohan heard the sound of the scooter... forced his way into Bani's room and looked out from the open window. He saw Bani trying to start her scooter but was having problems. Bani tried again and again...praying it would start and it did. (Thank god for that...now go!!) She hopped onto her scooter flugg her bag across her shoulder and rode as fast as she could down the road.
Mohan: Baniiiiiiiiiiiii..ur not getting away this time!!! 😡 (Mohan raced out to her go...yelling at her as she sped off...then saw that she had punctured his tyres!) (Ha ha!)
Bani rode her scooter as fast as she could. She wanted to get away from Mohan..she belonged only to Jai now...even if he wasn't with her today...her mind body soul would always belong to him.
