Blooper in age differences

I am crazy about Sanjivanii while I was watching it. I still remember whatever happen in Sanjivanii.

They showed Anjali and Riddhima with one year age difference, how is it possible?

I still remember that when Dr.Shanshank second daughter born, his first daughter anjali is nearly 7yrs old.

Anjali is a soft kind girl as her Dad and Mom then why they show her stupid.

Is it not a Blooper?

its fuuny 4-5yrs is needed for BSC and then the rest for actual medicine ..its a proccess of 12yrsso she should be 29 years old😆
