Career

Born January 1st 1990 in Bhopal India; Sara started her career with modelling. Although she had not watched any serials prior to landing the role of Sadna in 'Bidaai' she has stated, she always knew she wanted to act in a serial; a decision her parents where immensley supportive of. Sara is also the winner of the Miss MP 2007 title. She recently appeared as a 'star' contestant on the show 'Kya Aap Paanchvi Se Tez Hai' alongside her on screen sister Parul Chauhan. The two 'sisters' played the game for HelpAge India.


Personal life

Sara was rumoured to be dating on-screen husband Angad Hasija, however this rumour was proven false and it has now been confirmed she is in a serious relationship with Ali Merchant. The young actresses has sited Shahid Kapur,Shahrukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor amongst her favourite actor's, claiming she aspires to be like the latter. Is Close friends with Parul Chauhan who play her onscreen sister - Ragani.
