TABU SHOCKS KAMAL HAASAN!

Kamal Haasan is all set to make a bilingual film in Hindi and Tamil. For the movie, Kamal wanted Tabu as the heroine, and he got in touch with her to check out whether or not she was interested. On the phone, she sounded very keen.

Then, a farce took place. Kamal came all the way down from Chennai to sign her for the project, and the actress just disappeared. The veteran actor tried to get in touch with her on her cell, but she could not be tracked down. Finally, Kamal had no choice but to accept that Tabu had chosen to stay away, a surprise because she had expressed her interest in the film to start with.

Given his credentials, Kamal will get somebody really good for his film for sure. But such acts are not helping Tabu's case because, in this industry, you cannot rub people the wrong way and still hope to get meaty roles all the time.

i haven't seen her on the big screen in sucha long time,

about the movie; if she wasn't interested, she should have said NO upfront, instead of wasting the poor guys time
