Episode no 263 Monday 16/6/08

Megs in ICU - doc and nurses inside. One by one peeping through the
porthole!!! and we see Megs with closed eyes. All do a session of RKO
and the doc comes out. Tilaga wants to know if Megs will be back to join her RKOs in the near future ( she is the main player, u see!!!) Doc
has a stressed expression and is clever enough to bring in God -" God
will help us to treat her" Anitha does a super fast intro of all present
and Tilaga cries (of course u silly Roja, what else do u expect her to
do??? think of other possible solutions to revive Megs??!!) Kirtana
wants to know if Megs is very serious and Tilaga looks at the doc
with raised hopes " enna projections??RKO kku nalla scope irukka??
Will Roja make more money??" Doc says that Megs is critical as the
stabbing is really deep " internal damage is quite some, so let us try
our best" Tilaga clan is busy (Roja is happy, nalla dhuddu!!! IF le
she has planned for a party!! Since the corridor is not broad enough
for a circle, they stand in a single file according to their heights and cry) All want to see Megs but doc says that Megs is scheduled for
a surgery and they can have a dharshan when she is wheeled out. Lachu cries to dhadi and says that they should save Megs somehow -
"namba sothu poora vithu, foreign poi treatment kuduthaavathu, we
must save her" Dhadi does ba ba black sheep. Lachu goes to Tilaga,
holds her hands and cries -" I feel guilty for talking bad about Megs.
At least for me to apologize, she must come back alive and live with
my son happily" ( nalla logic!!) Megs is wheeled out and all converge on the stretcher crying.

Viji is happily humming a song and enters the kitchen. Sees Vellai and
pales. Tries to find out her ulterior motives but Tams enters. Tams
sees Vellai making tomato chutney and asking her to add more pepper.
Wants to know if Vellai can cook fish. Vellai says that she can and Tams is very happy. Finally Tams throws a sly glance at Vji and leaves. Viji holds on to Vellai and wants to know the reason behind her entry in to her household. Vellai says that she will never expose Viji -"I am here to make a living. If u keep quiet, I will just mind my business. But if u try to drive me out, I will not leave here without exposing you" Viji is at a loss for words/actions.

Thyagu is pacing like a caged tiger - very angry with his cronies for not
doing a perfect murder. Another guy comes and says that Megs is
scheduled for a surgery and is a living corpse right now. Thyagu says that he would much rather have her as an original corpse. Asks his men to buy someone in the hospital staff to finish her off - "athaan namakku safe, pongada poi yaar kidaippa nnu paarunga"

Commissioner, Senthil and Viswa - C is surprised at the soozhnilai of
Viswa -"there are millions of people in Madras but u got right in to the hands of Thyagu??!! Though we know that u are innocent, we need proof!!" Viswa is angry and says that he has lost faith in justice and
God -" if there is a God, how can he always let the criminals win over
good people?? And u all know that i am innocent but instead of interrogating Thyagu who is the original culprit, u are drilling me??"
Senthil gets angry with Viswa for being arrogant to C but C pacifies.
C says that right now all the evidences are against Viswa and he hopes that truth willprevail. Viswa wants to have a dharshan of megs -
ange RKO nadakkarathu, Roja panam panraa, ennai athile kondu serkka mmaattingalaa?? - C chuckles at the irony " u love her so much but stand here as an accused for attempting to murder her!!! hmmm, I will arrange for a dharshan ( athu sari, nanum ticket vaanganum Roja kitte!!! ICU vasalile security guards oda ukkanthu irukka ava.. .. hmmmm) C and Senthil leave ..Viswa hears the soga BG like all of us..

Episode No 264 Tuesday 17/6/08

Athai has a field day in the home - shouts at 2 ladies who are playing
chess and issues orders to the cook - Kavitha's parents see athai and
are surprised to see her here. Both go to athai and ask her for this
home living. Athai says that she was driven out by Tilaga and her
daughters -" antha mootha saniyan vanthu ennao thorathi vittuthu"
The couple probe further and athai talks about the "ungrateful"
clan. Narrates all the events..carefully omitting all the good done by
Megs.... the couple call athai as "life giving candle" and offer to
mediate. They call athai to come with them so that they can leave
her at Tilagas house. But athai refuses to go along. The couple promise to go and talk -"poittu nalla sethi yoda varom" Athai agrees.

Hospital corridor - the clan is still doing single file oppari. The doctor comes out and says that he has done all that he can -" athukku
mela aandavan nnu oruthan irukkane..nambikkai ya irunga" - the
doc radiates total avanambikkai and goes off. Anitha tries to pacify
the clan and asks Sezhi to take them all home for some food. Lachu is
adamant and says that she does not plan to leave the place until
she sees Megs. Tilaga now finds some new reason to cry -
" this is a surprise, at least for the faith and love u have for Megs,
she should get well." Anitha senses the futility of her effort..calls
Sezhi to come along with her so that she can buy some juice for all.
As they come outside a man is shouting at the doc - " kudikka panam vaanga theriyuthu ,aana thiruppi kodukka maatiya??" Doc looks
pathetic and a ward boy drives away the financier. All get to watch the fun. Thyagu's crony also gets to watch this and now he knows the meaning of "buying" some one.

Paatti is lamenting about Megs - Kannu and Sakthi are pacifying
( the director heard Roja's comment about Kannu mooking😳😳 -
the dubbing artist is a different one now!!) Kavitha's parents come
and start a general talk -"epdi iruntha kudumbam?? ippo evvalavu
kashtam??" Both Sakthi and Kannu think that they are talking about Megs and console them -" akka will get well and come back uncle,
we are confident" Now the couple talk about athai and say that athai sacrificed her life for all of them - " how can u drive her away like
this? Megs is the reason for all your trouble.." the man lists all
that happened and asks " yaar antha Megala?? ippo puthusa vantha
va thaane??" Sakthi gets annoyed and assume her usual nature -
shouts at the couple and pushes them out. The man says that the clan
is loosing all the relatives one by one for Megs -" u talk like this to us and so we can believe that u would have treated your athai also
badly" Sakthi fumes some more....Kannu tries to make up... the couple leave.

Episode 265 Wednesday 18/6/08

Thyagu comes to meet the doctor - with his vakil thambi and some
other cronies. The doctor is busy drinking and Thyagu pities the
doc for the choice of the brand -"ennayya nee?padicha doctor....
nalla foreign sarakku adikkame, enga mathiri local sarakku le
irangitte???" Doctor frets and wants to know who Thyagu is. Thyagu
proudly announces that he is a rowdy and "emakku thozhil, katta
panjayathu, kolai, adi thadi etc etc.," ( Bharathiyar mattum ketta
will die 100 times in a day!!!) Thyagu now "puttu putty vaichyfies" the
CV of doc - "kudi pazhakkam, neriya kadan, wife oditta, kadan karan
comes to the hospital and shouts...." Doc gives a surprised look -
" enna da ithu ella magazine le yum, supplement pottu ennai discuss panrangalaa??" Finally Thyagu offers 10 lacs to the doc -"finish off
Megs and bingo u get the money.... apram foreign sarakku thaan, jolly thaan, what say??" Doctor decides to finish off all his debts at one stroke and agrees. Thyagu asks the doc to come and collect 5 lacs
as advance and the rest after the death of Megs -"naanga senja kolai, neenga pannina it is just a mistake..." Thyagu goes out and warns his cronies to keep a close watch on doc. The crony says that the doc has
accepted the proposal but Thyagu says that the doc was too quick to
arrive at this decision -"padichavan..namba mudiyaathu.."

Athai in the home. One lady is met by a man who hands over a bag.
The lady comes in with that bag and athai confronts her - "enna Jayanthi mma??unakku pullai illya??? ipdi ella k itteyum old clothes
collect panre???" Jayanthi gets very angry and shouts back -"what do u know about my family??? I have a son who dotes on me. He refused to marry because he wanted to take care of me. I forced him to marry and I came here to stay because the house is very small. My on has sent me new clothes through a friend of his. Neeyum un vayum!! athaan ippo inge ipdi anathaiya nikkare" Goes in and athai is unhappy that she does not have enough ammunition for the day. Kavitha's parents come and inform athai about how their peace making mission failed. Pavunu (Kavi's mom) asks athai to come and stay with them but athai refuses ( Hey Pavunu..loose aa di nee??? yaarai ellam invite panrathunnu oru viyavasthai vendam?????) Finally athai is told that she made a mistake by discarding her own life for the sake of her bro. The couple leave and athai is thinking about their talk..( so athai might go back to her hubby??? Hubby yaara irukum??? Viji's dad Santhanam??? 😳😳 ) Athai is thoughtful....

Viji with her parents. Viji fumes that she is not happy in Danda's
house -" I am Bhoo's wife only inside the bed room, I roam around every where without the thaali..antha Kannu vum Angu vum eppoparthalum police kooda alaiyaranga!!! appa amma nnu irunthu enna use?? oru chinna help unda??? antha loose paiyan amma vera ippo cook nnu antha veetla irukka!!" Santhanam pacifies Viji -" do not bother about the cook...lie low..all u have to do now is to get Angu to your side...already Bhoo is smitten by you....if u can get Angu also....

a semai "veppilai act" - "Angu vai kaikkulle pottu kkariya??? /pottu kkariya..." Viji is kicked by the idea...thinks....

Episode 266 – Thursday 19, 2008
Saamarthiyam illaamal oru pEn kooda pidikka mudiyaadhu – saying upfront

Scene 1:
Viji and mommy and daddy dearest discussing abt ex-mil alias Vellai alias current cook. Viji is scared but daddy poof-poofs it and tells her that for now lay low..porumma viji, ava verum cook dhaana? Nee andha veetukku viLakku aNaikka vandha marumagaL..aka karungaali..so we will come up with a plan to drive away Ms.White. Also, you are our ticket to eating 4 square meals a day..Viji is shocked and looked at them and they grin sheepishly and say 3 meals and one tiffin. A car drives up and it is Boops.

There goes a padalam of maapLa-mama and after paraspara kusalam vijaarichufying, they invite maapLai to come inside. MIL takes a chair and MaapLai is all grins and so is Viji. It was sickening to watch. Mil adukkufies, a list of invisible beverages – coffee, tea, bourvita, oval, horlicks and Viji is startled. MIL goes inside and FIL assumes the server sundaram mode and lists cold beverages. Finally MIL arrives with a glass of water and Boops is shocked. He turns the glass this way and that way and wonders what mayajal drink it is and MIL clarifies it is vettivaaru vasam potta paanai thaNNi..

FIL meanwhile says Maaplai has to stay for lunch and gives an elaborate menu…nadappana, oorvana, parappana, neenduvana, etc. sura puttu, vanjira meen varuval, kozhi kuruma, or chicken 65, mutton 85, indha rangeku adukkal. Boops says he came to get Viji. In-laws assume a sad pose and say nyaayama he shd stay for a day with them after marriage. But indha Ezhai kudisaila nadakkumaa? MaapLai kaal nikumO nikkadhOnu irukkaar. But mil insists he has to stay and fil thatti kazhichufies and says avar romba busy and status sarippadaadhu, etc and Boops says, why not? This is MY arumai Viji's parents' house. I will stay tonight. Now all 3 are shocked.

Mom calls a avasara conference near the back door and polambufies abt not even having kadugu. And yells at dad for listing out menus. She also gives a valuable suggestion. To give MaapLai a lungi (kashta kaalam, maamanaar lungi kooda maapLai pOttupaana enna?) and while the pant is off his legs, the Viji can suruttufy just abt enough money to cover expenses and not a penny more and Viji goes in to do the same. As Juhi Chawla says, "What a family?"

Scene 2:
Finally a doc with good conscience. The doc goes to the Commissioner's house and tells him abt Thyagu trying to give him 10 lakhs to finish Mekala. C wonders why the doc was targeted. Doc confesses that he has his vulnerabilities and that he is an alcoholic. And has heavy debts and due to that, his wife and kids left him. And he says I never felt bad abt that. But I am ashamed to admit that a person thinks that I am for sale and that I will compromise my medical ethics to kill a life as against saving one. He says his actions have resulted in this situation and given hopes to someone to buy him off. His conscience wouldn't allow him to do that and hence he squealed. C and his croony are surprised and C says doc will definitely come out of his pathetic state. IF he can resist that big an amt, then he can resist alcohol too. He praises the doc for playing along with Thyagu and gives doc a mini recorder to tape their conversation. Doc goes away happily outside with the recorder in his hand for all the world to see. And Thyagu's man is spying this from outside the gate.

Scene 3:
Thyagu is with his asst and says has anticipated this from doc and has a plan B. He has invited Thirugnyaanam, a cheesy journalist who has a thing for the Commissioner and is going to have him video tape the docs conversation with Thyagu and Thyagu will make the doc say he will kill Mekala and as though it was all doc's idea and appaavi Thyagu is being framed by the Com. The sidekick admires big boss and the reporter comes in and asks for good fodder. Asst has to leave for some work. (may be to warn the C or doc?)

Scene 4: oothi kuduthaanda rendu roundu… Boops in lungi is sitting on a mat in his maamiyaar voodoo and Viji comes to the room and is asked to sit near him. He asks abt fil and Viji says, appakku maapLai inga thanareengannu thalai kaal puriyalai and he has gone out to find where his head and legs are. Dad enters with a bag and takes out sarakku and Boops is pleasantly shocked. Mama says why not? maapLais happiness is of utmost importance and even Viji and Mom are shocked and disapprove. Mom says oor enna sollum, maamanaarE maapLaiya kedukkaraarnu? And fil says, his sil's happiness is the only thing of concern and they r not alcoholics and just that day and begs Boops to speak for them. Boops manu pOttufies to Viji who consoles Mom and FIL and SIL start their RKA (round katti adikkaradhu – sarakku)

Episode No 267 Friday 20/6/08

Mama and mapple drinking together - Bhoo appreciates his FIL
for his mixing capabilities - Santhanam says that he looks for
perfection in any thing and asks Padma to bring chicken (sarakku
vaichurukken, yearakki vaichirukken, arutha kozhi milagu pottu
varuthu vaichurukken - BG by Roja😳) Padma brings chicken to
the live chick Bhoo😳😳 ( nalla bali kudukkara kozhi mathiri than
irukkaru..😳) Fil now talks about Bhoo's career opportunities.
Bhoo says that Danda has a flourishing finance business and
Bhoo just has to go around collecting debts. Now FIL says that
it is high time that his mappilai became a business man - "u have to stand on your own two legs!!! ( kudichaa 2 legs enna 7, 8 legs le nipparu mappillai, not to worry FIL😳) Bhoo talks about owning a
wine shop but FIL wants some business with status -" computer related??? even if u do not know any thing with Viji by your side, u need not have any worry. You just finance and she will do the rest" Now Bhoo laments about how Kannu and her family tortured him - "athai yen kekkaringa??? mamanaa en kooda ukkanthu thanni adikka maattar. Kannu na enna torture panninalum veliye solli perumai pattukka maatta..hmmm" FIL asks about his darling daughter and Bhoo says that Viji is a darling and exists only to please him. Santhanam is high now and starts talking about the "arumai perumai" of his daughter - "enga Viji....oru payyan kooda..." now Padma and Viji sense trouble and try to remove Santhanam from that arena. They shut him up and drag him away. Bhoo being a seasoned kudigaran is still able to perceive that FIL is high -"enna vo solla vanthare??" MIL says that Viji started a finance company with a friend of hers and ended up loosing all the money -" ithai pathi pesina arukka aarambippar. .athaan" ( avar eppo arukkama irukkar??!!!Vayai thornathaaa....... 😳😳) Bhoo settles down and mom/daughter heave a sigh of relief.

Thyagu at home - all arrangements are made to nail the doctor. Doc comes like the proverbial sacrificial goat. Thyagu welcomes the doc and wants to know the purpose of visit (doctor, SOP onnu ezhuthunga appo than admission😳😳) Doc says that he is all set to finish off Megs
if Thyagu pays him the full amount immediately. Now Thyagu gets agitated, shouts at the doc asking for who he is and why he is coming with such an atrocious proposal -" enna, commissioner panra velaiya ithu?? Megala is like my sister, why should I kill her??" Doc is at a
loss for words - all this is being video recorded. Thyagu pounces on the doc and removes the button recorder. Threatens the doc to narrate the whole thing - getting a few dharma adis the doc sings...the whole thing.... once that gets over, he gets a call in his mobile. For the camera
which is still unknown to the doc, Thyagu asks the doc to pick up the mobile -"ungalai inge anupicha commissioner call thaann eduthu pesunga" Doc picks it up and it Thyagu's recorded voice which says -
" do not think that u can double cross me. If u want to go back alive from here, sing a song of six pence about the police. And when u cut off the mobile say that it is personal, ok?" Doc plays the script to the letter T and Thyagu doles out a few more dharma adis. Finally shouts
"shooting over" - once the cameras stop whirring, he holds the doc by collar and warns him that he will be dealt with in the near future and now he can scoot ( this man acts well - he is Rajiv Prasad , director of vaathu Kasthuri serial !!! He should just stick to acting..direction and
story board laam not for him... we know how the vaathu serial is stuck and sick!!!😳) Doc leaves -Thyagu beams ..cronies agape.

Morning - paper is getting distributed - head lines - Commissioner Karthikeyan is transfered, Doc in trouble..... The police discuss this with mixed feelings... one nurse says that doc is a very nice man and chairman of the hospital will make sure to bail out the doc...Dhadi comes with the paper and imparts the news to ICU - which now looks like Egmore railway station - all are in with out a platform ooooppps
ticket from Roja - Roja is out numbered!!! - all look at the paper and have no clue as to how things stand. Thyagu's daughter gets to see the paper and laments to her goody goody dad about bad police "let us
got to the Human Rights Commission and complain appa. if any thing happens to you, I can not stand. Even I was under the impression that u are a rowdy" Thyagu pacifies her saying that the world is corrupt to the core and he can fend for himself -" nee nalla padimma, ok?" Pappa promises to do daddy proud. Mrs.Thyagu watches all this and warns hubby that if ever his pappa gets to know the true face of daddy, she will collapse. Thyagu silences her. Murugesan, the politician who shouted at Thyagu for the return of his money calls Thyagu and wants to know about the money. Thyagu boasts about uprooting the commissioner and says that if Murugesan needs any small help, he is
welcome to ask. Muru gets angry, asks his cronies to "lift" pappa -
"antha pappa vai thookungada, right now, he can not go to the police also..." Tilaga and Kirtana are in an auto..pensive Tilaga....Kirtana sees athai on the road..... slowly informs mommy and mom gets annoyed about missing the dharshan of athai. Asks the auto to take a U turn and spots athai in a shop. Gets down from the auto...walks to
athai .....athai sees........

Episode No 268 Monday 23/6/08

Tilaga meets athai - nadu theru conference - Tilaga calls athai very
lovingly ??!! to get back home and keep us all in splits with her
usual quips but athai has other plans!!! She calls Tilaga a great
actress who insulted Kavi's parents on their "peace making trip" -
"ange apdi pesittu , inge theruvile parthu koopidariya?? Nalla koothu.
Ipdi oru periya manushi ..veetai vittu ponale ...epdi irukkalo nnu
thuli kavalai pattiya??" Kirtana quickly asks athai "so u did not
plan for all this when u left?" To cut a long story short,..... Tilaga
denies knowledge of the peace mission...athai ends the nadu theru
conference with a refusal to move back...

Tilaga comes home and confronts Sakthi (obviously she has been briefed) - "why do get angry like this?? in every thing??" Sakthi says
that if athai is around she will always "karichi kottufy" Megs and
that is detrimental to Megs and her future. Tilaga shouts that she is
answerable to Kalai if ???!! he comes back. Kirtana is quick to point
out that a dad who shirks his responsibilities and runs away has no
rights to question them. Tilaga slaps Kirtana and says that she can not
believe that her children do not have the patience and the " door mat"
attitude of hers. Now talk turns to Bhoo and Tilaga says that she will accept him as her SIL if he "reforms"!!! and gets back!!! The three daughters can not believe their ears - Sakthi calls mom as a
"pazhaya panchangam" and all her ways of life are outdated (atta
girl, Sakthi I kind of like u these days...antha abortion thaan.....eppo
solla pore???) Paatti educates Tilaga that the grandkids belong to a
different generation and she can not expect them to abide by her rules. Finally Tilaga warns Sakthi that she can not afford to show such
anger at every thing -"not good for the child".Every one leaves the
place leaving Sakthi pondering -" awww I thought that every one
had forgotten about my pregnancy....... hmmmm ...I have to disclose
the truth...soon..... "

Dhadi with Viswa's friend comes to meet Viswa who is in custody.
Dhadi cries and the news of the commissioner's transfer is discussed.
Viswa comes to know that Thyagu staged a drama and uprooted the
commissioner. Now Viswa gets all worried about Megs and her security. Some thoughts from Viswa - " this Thyagu is a constant
threat to Megs. When they take me to the court, I will some how escape and kill Thyagu. Only that will bring eternal safety for my
darling..." Dhadi wants to know the mind run but Viswa says that he is praying for Megs!!!

Diwa's household - some vetti talk about "iddli's best side dish is
milaga podi with ghee" - Our lady Pushpa walks in calling out for
Chithi and demands to know the reason for Sakthi's absence. Durga says that Sakthi is at her parents' place -"moral support time".
Pushpa asks about bangle protection for sakthi and also needs to know why Sakthi does not have a bulging tummy. Durga says that if it is a
boy baby, the tummy won't show out soon (ithu enna puthu invention??? Indian Patti Research Institute??? talk about scientific
advancement!!) Pushpa wants her certificates and when Diwa's father looks for them, he sees the medicines left behind by Sakthi. Pushpa chides Diwa -" porakka pora pullai mele akkarai illliye??" Diwa leaves in anger ( plate le idly and ghee milagapodi left behind as well!!) FIL asks Durga to hand over the medicines to Sakthi when she sees her next.....

Episode No 269 Tuesday 24/6/08

Kirtana is getting ready - Tilaga asks her to go to the hospital and
watch over Megs -" I am going out with Sezhi" Both Kannu and Kirtana are curious about the destination but Tilaga refuses to part with the info. Sezhi comes with the news of dhadi meeting Viswa - "our advocate will get bail for Viswa some how" Tilaga is happy to hear this and finally says that she is going to bring Vadivu athai back - the children do not share her enthusiasm but Tilaga puts her foot down. Sakthi is sitting quietly ...Sezhi first refuses but later agrees to go with mommy.

Lakshmi is sitting in the ICU with Megs - sees two Christian nuns praying near sick people - learns that they pray for the patient to get well and brings them over to Megs. They pray in Megs's room...
Kirtana watches.... Lakshmi asks the nuns about her DIL getting well soon...they dole out a crystal ball prediction " unga family le ellarum pray pannina nichiyamaa she will get well"

Sezhi and Tilaga come to the old age home - Sezhi has a look at the
place and decides that athai is better off here itself "avanga cidu cidu nnu vizhuvanga, namkku enna thalai ezhuthu ??? vidumma" But
Tilaga insists on the "return of athai". Athai is met and Tilaga begs her to come home but athai says that she is very happy here " u guys do
not want me to live in peace?" Tilaga apologizes for all their misdeeds
and goes on her knees. But athai is adamant. Kavi and her mom arrive just then and Pounu has a plan - " I have rented a house for Kavi and a friend of hers will also be with her. i would like u to live with Kavi and
take care of her/" Sezhi interferes saying that Tilaga has come to take athai home. But athai refuses Tilaga's offer and agrees to go and live with Kavi. Tilaga begs some more but athai is unrelenting.

Inspector Karthik meets Thyagu - " I am in charge of this case. I am also responsible for the security of Megs. So, now u tell me how to go about it." Thyagu says that all eyes will be on Megs and so finishing her off needs meticulous planning. "hospital le bomb nnu oru rumor kilappu, when every one is running our guys will go in and finish Megs.
Karthik, I need u to cooperate fully" Karthik marvels at annan's scheming and agrees to execute...

Episode 271 - Thursday - Jun 26, 2008

Saravana Stores:

Saravanan sits in a thiNNai of his ondu kudithanam and is filling out applications for new jobs. Boo's mom wants to know why he is pursuing new jobs when he already has one and he says to come up better in life and to better care of his mom and periamma. Meanwhile Viji alights from an auto, per her dad's advise of vaseegarichufying dear MIL and Saravanan and mom alerts MIL. MIL keeps a stern face and is sitting. Viji comes inside and begins her drama. She says she is prepared to sandhichufy all chinna chinna avamaanam owing to her chinnathana status but her sole aim is to get MIL back to the house. Saami illaadha sannidhi pOla irukku athai..idhu Viji. But Angu says she won't be duped by Viji's goodness and if Viji had indeed been good, she would have never interfered in another girl's life. Viji says it is destiny and her husband's house is her house now. When Saravanan and Mom tries to interfere she tells them not to interfere. Finally Angu pushes her house by dragging her hand and Viji falls.

Kaiyendhi Bhavan:

Viji is fuming and walking when a banana eating pathiyam (her ex-beau) spies her and calls out her name and follows her, promising to shower her with bungalow, new car, etc. She tries to shrug him off but he doesn't listen and keeps on asking her to come with him and shows some chillaRai as money and a small paper as a check for 7 lakhs. Finally, Viji, enraged pushes him and he in anger grabs her hand and spins her around and Viji hits her head against an electric lamp post and is hurt. Some passersby help her and a woman brings water and a cloth to tie her head up.
Viji now has a plan. She calls her dad and relates meeting the madman but outlines her plan of going home and acting as though it was angu's push that did this to her to create a sympathy alai and father applauds her quick thinking. This is what I hate. If the family believes this nonsense, then till the end, they will never come to know that she acted. Indha incident marandhE pOgum.

The madman is lamenting that he hurt Viji when VeLLaimma comes in search of her son and he tells her all and asks if he will be hanged for hurting Viji. Mom cries and says as such Viji is hell bent on driving her from the house and now this.

Hospital cafeteria:

The bomb plan is set in motion. Ins. Karthik drives the other higher officer away after getting a call from Thyagu's goons outside that all is ready. The goon then calls the hospital desk and threatens them abt the bomb. Now the hospital goes into a panic mode and all is asked to vacate the premises. Megala is surrounded by RKO gumbal and all they can do is RKO of her fate. But none of them, be it Keerthana, Sezhiyan, future MIL, thilaga – none of them try to take Megala. The doc wonders how they heard about the bomb and they say they heard it in CNN evening news – no, from others running. And the doc runs away in search of a TV, maybe..

Episode 272 Friday 27/6/08

Hospital - some one calling with a bomb threat - every one running
helter-skelter. Tilaga does a mini RKO and asks Lachu "ayyo,
hospital le bomb??/epdi Megs ai vittu ttu porathu???" Lachu
has more concern for Megs -asks Sezhi to bring a stretcher "nambale thalli kittu poiddalam" Sezhi and Kirtana run to fetch one. By then
Megs shows some movement - her hands move and saucers open slightly. Lachu notices this and tells Tilaga. Outside Sezhi and Kirtana see Thyagu's men coming in. Sezhi wants to deal with them - then and
there - but Kirtana points out that now it is imperative that they stand guard for Megs -'muthalle akka vai kappathanum, vaa" Both decide that the bomb scare is a rumor started by Thyagu's men and so run to ICU. Sezhi locks the door and leans on it. Kirtana tells mom that it is
a ploy to kill Megs -" namba ellarum engeyum poga vendam,akka kittiye iruppom, Sezhi is standing guard at the door" Thyagu's men have a mini consultation with inspector Karthik and proceed to the ICU. the door is locked....they knock....can not open.... the cronies move in different directions to locate an entry in to the ICU.

Thyagu's wife and pappa in a temple - their car breaks down and both take an auto to go home. Murugesan's men abduct pappa after some car chase...hitting mom etc., etc., They bribed thyagu's driver to fake the car break down. in short mom cries....pappa is gone. Thyagu's men come back from the hospital - "Megs is alive, we could not kill her and she has regained conscience" Thyagu is very angry and beats his men.
Just then Murugesan calls with the news of abducting pappa -" yr wife wanted to stop and so my boys beat her up slightly and dumped her on the road side" Thyagu is now livid - "Murugesa, avalai onnum pannathey" Murugesan says that he can not promise any thing -
"vayasu ponnu, I can not control my boys for long. Come alone with
my money and get your daughter back, OK??"Thyagu cries and begs -
:anne, ava yen usiru ..na thaniya panthoda varen, odane" Murugesan can not understand that the man who upset the police commissioner
can cry like this - gives a last warning "edam theriyame mothathe, come alone...with money" Thyagu intimates his cronies about the new development...cries....orders them not to follow.... takes the money...
leaves...his men beg to accompany but Thyagu wants to go alone as per Muru's order.

Court - advocate - dhadi crying - Viswa's case - he is brought by inspector Karthik - dhadi wants to have a word with sonny boy but Karthik refuses. Viswa's advocate says that dhadi has the legal rights to talk to son. Viswa is accompanied by a constable when he talks to dad. Karthik gloats to his advocate saying that this case is just a flea bite " vetti build up kuduthu commissioner ai ellam mathi...hmmm now this case will go the way I want" Dhadi and friend Kumar unnecessarily console Viswa -" u did nothing....God is there....He knows who should be punished" Viswa thinks " I know the person to be punished, i will punish" Advocate promises to release Viswa and dhadi cries " un kitte pesa inspector kitte sandai potten, but u are silent" Viswa again has a thought "kadavul enna, I will punish the one who hurt my Megs" The ba ba black sheep crowd around him thinks that he is upset and woried about the murder charge!!!

Episode No 273 Monday 306/08

Recap of dhadi and Viswa - Viswa keeps quiet and talks within
himself -" God enna, I know to punish the one who put my Megs
through this ordeal" Dhadi wrongly construes it to be fear and
reassuring sonny boy. Viswa is taken to the court and dhadi cries
some more to Kumat about Viswa keeping totally quiet.

Viji comes home with the bandan on her head. Acts as if she wants to
get i to her room silently but attracts attention from all those present in the drawing room. Tams is the first one to ask about the head dress
(hiiii, ithu enna puthu fashion aa?? enakkkuuu??) and Danda also
question DIL - Viji hesitates so much that it becomes obvious even to
makku Roja that she is enacting act"N" of her drama!!! Tells all who care to listen that she hit against the threshold -Tams is quick to
point out that such hit would not result in blood..Bhoo comes and
frets "darling darling darling...I love u love u love u, mandailyile
enna kaayam" Viji asserts what he said and Bhoo says that some one has to go and hit hard to get a bandana like this. After making every
one around curious, Viji adjourns to her room. Danda with his
financial acumen tells sonny boy that some thing went wrong when Viji went to meet Angu -"she is hiding.. does not want us to feel bad...
ask her when u are alone, ok?" Vellai walks in late and Tams chides.
Vellai makes some excuse and runs to see Viji. Sees her with the
bandana and is scared -" my son is not in his senses, please excuse him, please do not send me out of the job" Viji shuts her up and says
that she will never talk about her son here -" nee vayai thorakkathe, ok?" Vellai promises to keep mum.

The next part is disgusting and Roja updates with distaste - uh huh.
Thyagu lands at Muru's place with money. Muru dilly dallies , counts the money and finally gives the room key to Thyagu " your daughter is
in there" Thyagu tries to go in but the girl does not let him in -" I do not want u to see me like this appa" Muru hands over her clothes to Thyagu and makes it public for all to know that they disrobed the girl.
Threatens Thyagu to sign in a document which transfers Thyagu's house worth 4 crores to Muru -" this is the punishment u pay for ill treating me all the while and made me run around for my money"
Thyagu hesitates.....gun ...shots.....Muru says that one of hismen will enter pappa's room if Thyagu does not sign...some drama about a rogue making move towards the room...finally Thyagu signs. Pappa gets back her clothes...wears...comes out....cries on dad's shoulders...
dad and pappa leave.....
(Roja is livid with anger!!! what nonsense is this?? Bringing such things to the drawing room??? giving ideas to people??? Sun TV- what are u guys doing??? High time u thought about some censoring for such atrocities uh huh)
