im so confused. KSG re-entered in may. does he and shagun get married?

Hello raatkirani - you need to wake-up and become dinkirani as what you are talking about happened May 2007, so you are about just over a year behind with this soap - she married Sumer - he was murdered, he came back, then was murdered again and again came back and now they (that's Shagun and Sumer) are fighting like cat and dog.
