it's all a joke...I mean Ekta would have shown her with someone...u have to have sex before getting pregnant...I dunno whether I can use that word, but if I can't then mods edit it...but the thing is...it's impossible that's she's pregnant with any of the Juneja brothers...if she is it's someone from outside, but I highly doubt it. Unless it's revealed that she was raped or something...there's no way Ash could be pregnant. It's all Preet's plan I just know it...because he did tell her to play along with him...but if this is Preet's plan, what is the point of making it look like Ash is pregnant...what good would that do?
