Thankfully this is a prime time show and no competition from other singing shows in this time slot! So TRPs hopefully will not be a problem!

I agree Kiti, it shouldn't be a problem.

At the end, the winner should ultimately be 'music' and listening to each song should be a treat. 😊

It is amazing show and all the singers are soooooooooooo good can't explain.Love to watch it.

This show takes the cake over all other current reality shows.Mentors find it hard to eliminate any contestant.This is real ek se badh kar ek.Vakil,Akbar from sufi stream and Kalpna,Malini from folk are the best followed by Sharib and Saptak from Bollywood.
Varhaji,are we hoping against hope when we expect no drama?GS and drama go together,but hoopefully that element will be at minimum here.

I am enjoying this show like anything. But don't worry drama already started today with none of the judges wanted to announce elimination. GS aur Drama is package deal. Keep watching I guarantee it will happen 😳

Mohd Vakil, Akbar Ali, Jaswinder, Malini, Kalpana, Sharib & even Saptak was good today.

I hope little Ahmad Hassan does not get eliminated. I really liked him. Poor kid singing Folk and ended up sounding Sufi. Who cares he sang well that is what counts 😳 Can't wait to see others sing tmrw and the dreaded eliminations

Varshaji,I sympathise with judges.If I were in their shoes I would not want any elimination and treat this just as a music concert.lekin,SMS ka Zamna hai,Kya karen?Yes, that young boy sang very well.After all Sufi has penetrated Bollywood also,so one who mixes folk with sufi should be excused.Kabir's gems are sung both as sufi songs as well as folk songs.In that sense Ilaji was a little harsh on the boy.
Same with Harshpreet.Khud ke liye gao--easy to say.But,after all,they are singing for audience appreciation.
As for drama,I read somewhere that there is going to be some argumewnt between Anand Raj and Ila Arun about the superiority of Bollywood over folk.So,the drama will be there.But who cares? We want good music and the show does give it in abundance.
My DIL was at some wedding sangit yesterday and she said most of them talked of Junoon.Seems they are listening to IF vidoes as we have no NDTV imagine at most places.

I agree, it was very difficult for the judges to judge all the contestants who were superb in their own ways.

Absolutely spell-binding performances by all.
