The gangster disappeared.The empire disappeared.The revenge disappeared.

Raya didn't deal with him as a powerful man or as a criminal,Not as someone trying to defend himself.

Just as a father who had finally stopped running from the child he failed.

He kneeled.He opened his arms.And the child simply ran into them.😭😭

You know that destroyed me..

Because that's the reunion Raya has actually been waiting for all these years.. not a confrontation, not punishment, not revenge. He just wanted his son back.

Perhaps that is the closest thing Raya ever got to redemption. He gave his feelings Recognition.

He finally acknowledged that the boy was real.

That the loss was real.

That his guilt was real.

And that all those years spent fighting Ticket were really years spent fighting his own inability to mourn his son...

Raya was finally getting to embrace the child he had been mourning without ever allowing himself to mourn....💔💔

You know I was bowling like a child during this moment...😭honestly, after everything the film puts him and us through, that tiny moment felt almost unbearably merciful...

I wish they had shown the hug...but that didn't matter much... What mattered Raya finally stopped running away from his son , stopped fighting with him and opened his arms to embrace him....

Technically, I can see the flaws. Emotionally, it hit me far too hard to reduce it to a number...

Did you see how they used the bathtub?

The bathtub becomes a metaphor for Raya's mind

Raya slowly sinking into the water feels like a descent into guilt.Into memory.Into the part of himself he has spent years suppressing.

His conscious, rational self is slowly going under while everything he has buried..grief, guilt, rage, trauma rises to the surface

And then cut to immediately Ticket emerges from the water.Violently.Suddenly.

Almost like something buried inside Raya has finally taken control.

Raya sinks.Ticket rises.

Raya goes under.Ticket comes up.

The sane, conscious self recedes.The fractured self takes over.

And there's something especially disturbing about the fact that water is also connected to child Ticket's death.

The place where Raya lost his son becomes almost the place where his alternate identity is born.

His trauma gave birth to his alter ego.

Yash's performance in Toxic is honestly one of the biggest reasons Raya stayed with me.

Raya isn't a straightforward character. He moves through decades, relationships, violence, grief, guilt and eventually psychological fragmentation. And Yash has to make us believe all these different versions of the same man exist within him.

He doesn't just play the larger-than-life gangster; he brings out the wounded, obsessive, loving and deeply guilt-ridden man underneath all that violence. And his transformation into Ticket..exaggerated, childish, almost caricature-like, is a bold creative choice that completely fits the fractured psychology of the character..

But it's the quieter moments that got me...the guilt in his eyes, his helplessness with Nadia, his devastation after Ganga, and finally kneeling down with his arms open for child Ticket...

The frame belongs to him the moment he appears on screen...a really tough,tricky yet poignant performance ❤️

As I had said before he made me feel for a man i would absolutely be terrified to meet in real life...

Honestly, there is nothing left to make in Toxic 2. They have completed Raya's story.

I don't need another chapter or another sequel to explain everything. The emotional arc is already there guilt, trauma, love, loss and the consequences of everything Raya became.

I just wish they had executed a few things better, because there was such a rich, emotionally devastating story underneath all that spectacle...But despite its flaws, it touched me. And sometimes that's enough.

I connected with these characters, their guilt, their trauma, their love and their losses in a way I didn't expect...

The chemistry between Yash and Kiara is just too good. As for the negative reviews and trolls on the first day, I guess after KGF people expected a mindless action-masala film, but what they got is an intense action-psychological thriller. They were not able to understand it on the initial watch, likely due to the disappointment of their misplaced high expectations.

Huge respect to Yash for using his stardom to back such a unique subject. The initial backlash feels like paid negativity from rival star fans, similar to what happened during the release of dhurandhar. That final scene is unforgettable .How i wish Raya had his fairy tale. This movie is a masterpiece that will age like fine wine

The chemistry between Yash and Kiara Advani as Raya and Nadia is one of the things that really holds the emotional core of Toxic together.

What makes it work isn't just conventional romantic chemistry. It is the push and pull between two completely different energies.

Raya enters every room carrying power. Nadia refuses to be overpowered by it.

He is intense, possessive, intimidating.She is spirited, impulsive, emotionally direct and completely unafraid of him.

So even their smallest interactions have lots of spark. You can feel that Nadia isn't impressed by the gangster persona, and Raya is fascinated precisely because she doesn't behave like someone who is afraid of him or someone who cares about his power or swag...

And Yash and Kiara play that beautifully.

Yash actually brought so much weight into a scene that even his silences feel aggressive. Kiara, on the other hand, brings a certain lightness and spontaneity that stops Nadia from becoming overwhelmed by Raya's darkness.

That contrast makes their attraction believable.

But what I loved more was how their chemistry changes with intimacy.

There is desire, obviously, but there is also a very tender curiosity between them. Nadia slowly discovers the vulnerable person beneath Raya's brutality, while Raya discovers someone who can make him feel like a human being rather than a gangster....

Their chemistry was electrifying....and No...i am not simply talking about Tabahi Tabahi song....Their raw, natural and almost animalistic chemistry oozes out in each frame they were together,in their every interaction....even when they were standing far apart....

Kiara Advani gave one of her finest performance...

And Yash was mad unhinged fire....Uff ... After toxic i am a fan of Yash the actor and performer...what mad screen presence he has...he has the ability to mog and gobble up entire screen 🔥
