Chapter 10 felt like such an important milestone for Maan and Geet because their wedding is deliberately nothing grand or dramatic. It is messy, intimate, impulsive, emotional, and very them - Geet wearing her mother's saree, Maan completely losing his composure when he sees her, the painfully unromantic registrar's office, Mehek crying, Vikram slowly accepting Maan into the family, the mangalsutra and sindoor they choose for themselves, and then all the complicated emotions waiting for Geet at home afterward.

I know there are quite a few silent readers here who read/like the chapters but rarely comment. 😄 If that's you, consider this my very gentle invitation to come out of hiding for this chapter. Even a couple of lines, a favourite moment, or just telling me what you felt while reading genuinely helps me understand what is landing with readers.

A little disappointed with the rushed wedding with no ceremonies. Under the circumstances it was a must. Glad she had a nice outfit for it. Being her mother's sari made it more nostalgic.

The mangalsutra was a nice touch. It gave Geet a symbol and it came from his heart. Added a bit of realism to it.

Sunita will be shocked out of her wits. But in Maan's presence, she might not say much.

Maan has not be too open about wanting that land for his project. But I don't think he will be unfair to her. He will get her the right to control her destiny the way she chooses. Maybe his dream will become hers too.

Great update finally geet n maan r married looking forward for next update

Anxious , Exciting and Nerve racking Chapter

Maan and Geet finally gets their marriage registered

without his family knowledge and aunt Sunita too is unaware

that Geet is now married

after the registration Maan ask Geet if she would like to wear the mangle sutr

and of course she agrees while Mehek brings the Sindhoor

and yes Maan has to now tell Geet she looks exactly the married she is

wonder what her aunt will say
