It is more about wanting Appu to be with someone / not alone. Till now she thought Lalit will 'take care' of Appu. Precap suggests she has found a new guy. If R leaves for some reason, she will find some other bakra - anyone.

Can give the benefit of doubt that she didn't know the extent to which L can go and was also lured by his words / acting.
