Instead of interviews now universities again creating openings for Asst prof. For contractual post of 11 months...

Think about it...

A year is of 12 months but contractual teachers get paid for 11 months and they do paper checking tasks to earn extra one month income...

If permanent position given govt salary is 50K + but contractual they are offering 32-33K per month...

Now calculate the benefit of government...

We paid 300-500 rs for applying 3 years ago.... And get this.... How disappointed we should feel.

Now consider ladki behen scam.... 1500/- per month that means 50 multipy by 30 = 1500/-.They have made everyone beggar...

But I REFUSE TO BECOME ONE...... I am not going to BEG.... Never...

Please, everyone ask your consciousness... Is this the society we want....Is this the correct ideology to become devrloped Nation...

We praise Germany education system... Our PM is giving melodies to MELONY.......I don't mind... But why not make your own country's education system strong and unbiased....

Do teachers on contract basis get pension benefits? PF vagaire cut hota hai?

This same thing happens for pharmacists and nurses. They hire on contract... Esp pharmacist. People with M Pharm, MBA in pharama are doing 16-17k jobs. Their salary should be 40k plus.

Depends on organization.... Actually PF ka rule hai regular payment hona chahiye... Without break....

But CHB, Contract Asst. Prof post don't get PF...

CHB : Clock hour basis: I call it dihadi Mazdoor... 500/- per lecture previously it was 250/- per hour lecture... In Medical colleges 500-750/- per hour is range...

Contract : 11 months Teacher: i call it bandhua Mazdoori...11 MAHINE PAGAR PAKKI...

You cannot ask for pay hike even if contract renewed..... Haan bas Some colleges give 3 CL per months i.e paid leave... And some universities give 10 CL...

LAST 12 YEARS NO REGULAR RECRUITMENT OF ASST. PROF... Associate professor or PROF...

Big achievement of GOVT... 😡

Regular : permanent position : A dream for middle class person... HOPING ONE DAY MY DREAM WILL FULFILL TOO...

Even plumber, electrician charge 500 for visiting and their services...

But a profession that is considered to create every other profession and is considered NOBEL ONE... is treated with such disgust...
