I have not been watching the show since FIFA WC began, only came across an Epi where Vaishnavi was dancing with Rio and looked super awkward.

Vaishnavi has zero chemistry with both Parth and Rio. And now I come across a clip and Parth is a baddie too smiley3smiley3 Parvati must be crying smiley13And meanwhile in spin-off 3 Virani Bahus stealing the 3 way baby swap concept from Parvati family smiley5

Also Parth and Rio has better chemistry with each other smiley37It was hilarious to see them be in same team and laughing smiley37RIP Karan’s Parvarish

But still I kinda hope either Parth is playing with Rio to expose him OR Rio actually becomes good and Parth becomes more evil. LET ONE OF KARAN’S SON BE GOOD PLS!

Hey Flaunt smiley1

So the canon of this season is pretty vague about Mandira’s shade as a character. We know that they kept the broad strokes of her backstory pretty much the same as S1 wherein she met Mihir when he had that accident and lost his memory. They got into a relationship or were attracted to each other and Mihir ended up impregnating her. Later he got his memory back and returned to Tulsi who ends up accepting their child, who is obviously Karan and raises him as her own. Crazily, Karan has known this truth despite the whole Tulsi accepted him as her own thing to make it seem like she never differentiated between the kids. How Karan found out about the truth is never known as it’s never revealed to us.

Gayatri tells Mandira has been kept away from the family and stays away to Pari when she discloses to Pari that Karan is her bua’s and Mihir’s child.

We don’t know what happened to Mandira after Tulsi accepted Karan as her own child. There’s no clarity about what she did later as in S1. Here it seems more or less like she unknowingly fell in love with one of her patients who was an amnesiac, found out he’s married and that she’s expecting his child, handed over her son to him and his wife and has been MIA essentially since.

So per the canon of this season we can’t even technically call her a vamp or an evil character if we go by this. Falling in love with someone who himself doesn’t remember he’s married can be considered stupid, getting pregnant with his child can be considered as a lapse of responsibility and judgment but it can be attributed to love and attraction but not necessarily make her evil. If she’s not even in touch with her son after giving him away to Mihir and Tulsi despite being alive for all these years, it tells me that per this season she’s a tragic character of sorts who has enough integrity and self respect to not chase after Mihir after the truth was out and has enough love for her son to not want to mess up his life by trying to force herself on him once she decided to give him away.

So for all we know she may have married someone else and is settled abroad with that man, has other kids with him too and Karan may just have half-siblings pop up in the future from his mom’s side to spice up the show.

@purple - Yes I really hope this is the actual reason for showing Parth negative who has been such a positive character all along and really wish Parth is only playing to expose Rio.

Even if Parth has to die, let him die as a positive character not as a negative character.

I have a mixed feelings on Parth being negative. I like shocking twists and this was actually shocking. But then again why Parth?! He was the only sanskari Virani Gen-Z. Looks like the only trust worthy Gen-Z Virani guy is actually Ritik! I really wanted Rio to get a redemption but don't think that will happen.

Then why is Tulsi always so mad at Mandira? She didn’t even hate Noina as much as she has been shown hating Mandira. Can’t even hear her name. If Mandira is good, then Tulsi should stop hating her unfairly. I understand if she can’t like her because she has a child with Mihir, but it’s not Mandira or Mihir’s fault. She can blame god, circumstances or anything else for why Mihir got into accident and lost memory and was with Mandira. Mandira isn’t at fault for Mihir losing his memory. Mihir isn’t at fault for getting into accident and losing his memory. Mihir and Mandira aren’t at fault for sleeping and having Karan. Mihir always has to hear from her about Mandira. If she had so much problem, she could’ve divorced him long back rather than trying to act like she did some ahsaan on him and Karan. First make your own choices and then act like you did ahsaan all the time and keep continuing for decades

They are making Parth negative so that the audience won't question them when they will kill his character. Arre even if he has to die let him die as a positive character in Vaishnavi's lap death right? Why are they destroying his character?

I don't mind Parth being really evil even if it's only for money because this is the first time this character is doing something interesting.

In fact if they continue Parth Vaishnavi I would like that as well. He might not love Vaishnavi now and consider her a pawn but eventually fall for her while Vaishnavi either finds out and moves out or eventually forgives

The only thing I don't want is he ends up as a sidekick of Rio.

Whether or not this brings TRP it definitely spices up things.

Also I don’t think a mother can hand over their child to another woman. They would raise the child and share custody of the child with the father. Tulsi made the choice herself to accept Karan and Mihir. She should stop acting like she did some ahsaan. This forced glorification is annoying. Then characters keep talking as if Mihir cheated on her when he had a memory loss. Arey could’ve divorced Mihir and not accept Karan. Karan had his mother and father who could raise him. She didn’t need to do anything. No one put a gun on her head

I think they want to pave way for Parth's death. As a positive character his death would have been very heroic and he wasn't a heroic character.

Or maybe he redeems himself and dies out of guilt
