And how is Karan's POA helping sell Tulsi"s/Ba's property. It wasn't even Virani's POA

Aur agar Parth ko bechna hi hai to Karan ka business bech de (assuming POA allows that) us Angaar k heritage property se to zyada hi paise milte

He doesn't lack money, uska apna business hai. He had issues with Tulsi Nandani and Viranis as they killed his dad, is poore episode me Rio ko kya mila?? 50% of Angaar property? Kya hoga usse

And Parth had proposed Vaishnavi or was behind her way before they knew Rio even existed, so why was he behind her?

This is a last minute addition done without thinking because ofcourse both need to be removed before the leap..

I really think they should have explored Vaishnavi Parth it could have been a cute love story
