Reg aishwarya rai, Imo its not fillers its either hormonal issues or its anti depressants .. I fear shes in depression ...have a strong feeling ..

it’s the negativity she takes from the family I think

When you keep sacrificing yourself and name it ‘love’, continue giving love and take criticism, loneliness covering others ignorance/their mistakes that’s what happen to your body. She needs to learn about boundaries to become healthy mentally and physically.
