Cleanliness can't happen even if Dustbins are every 10 mtrs. Or people are cleaning toilets frequently.

Until and unless people have the brain to not dirty it.

Bcoz in a stadium there are thousands of people, and kitna bhi cleaning staff rakhlo, if people will keep getting dirty, it won't ever be clean.

Cleanliness is a two-way process.
