A fresh social media storm has now pulled actress Rasha Thadani and her mother Raveena Tandon into the spotlight. Days after screenshots allegedly showing Rasha following an Instagram account accused of posting hateful comments about Saiyaara actors and rumoured couple Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda surfaced online, netizens have now noticed Raveena seemingly reacting to the controversy in her own way.

The veteran actress was reportedly seen liking a social media post that defended her daughter amid the online backlash. The move quickly became a discussion point on Reddit, where users began debating whether the reaction helped calm the situation or only intensified the chatter further.

The Post That Sparked Fresh Discussion

The controversy initially began after screenshots circulating on Reddit allegedly showed Rasha following an account that had shared negative remarks about Ahaan and Aneet. Several comments from the account drew criticism online, with many social media users accusing the page of spreading unnecessary hate toward the rumoured couple.

Soon after, another post defending Rasha started circulating online. A section of the post read, “Just because Rasha Thadani followed an account doesn't mean she supports every single comment made by that person. Following someone is not proof of negative PR, hatred, or secret agendas.”

Fans later spotted Raveena liking the same post and even interacting with a page supporting Rasha, which added a fresh layer to the ongoing online discussion.

Reddit Reacts To Raveena’s Move

Reddit users were quick to react after screenshots of Raveena’s activity surfaced online. While some defended the actress and her daughter, others felt the public interaction only brought more attention to the matter.

Rasha made her Bollywood debut with Azaad opposite Aaman Devgan. The young actress is now preparing for her next release, Layka, Layki, where she will star alongside Abhay Verma. Directed by Saurabh Gupta, the film is expected to hit theatres in 2026.
