If it were real life Mannat could’ve filed a case against Vikrant preleap on the account of r@pe under the pretext of marriage. It’s a no brainer to prove that he slept with her on the pretext of marriage and backtracked on the day itself leaving her pregnant

Vik can claim he was lied to and his rights as father denied... that Mannat never intended to tell him he has a child.

Both are not doing that because even they as characters understand thats not what happened... even remotely.

So bringing legalities dont make sense.... its more of their frustration that they are making these claims about each other which could have happened anywhere except court BTW. 🤔

Also the only clear cut diversion taken from the story is introduction of Vish and DK. Prior to that they were going as per Cennets story, Amans bio mom was supposed to have died saving Neetu and Aman was saving baby Mannat on the seashore.

Isliye BDB seashore reference doesnt appear in FBs anymore... the sole credit of saving Mannat goes to Shruti.

For everything else, there is a loophole in the story which they can pick up if they want. Especially ManVik marriage situation.

Tell me how a dumbass like Vikrant bagged a baddie like Mannat? He was looking like an absolute fool in the court, he was so unprepared and kept pleading like a kid. By his and Neetu's logic, all this could've sorted out in Saluja house hall itself but they had to go to the court as her Desh ka Kaayda. Mannat said na, tamasha chahiye? She gave them all. Neetu's stance was pathetic and typical itv boy mom, she won't bring up your past mistakes because she loves you, I trust her. Basically woman wants Mannat to be a doormat for her son. You are going for full custody, snatching her rights as biological mother and she should let it all go just because of love? Both mother son truly underestimated how far and how low mannat can go for Dua.

What DK does or malla does or Yashika doesnt matter. But what Vik does will matter or not? How he reacts to these people matter or not?

Thats why Mannat's character is slightly well written. She behaves in a way that most people in reality can relate to. Though I will not stay in SM for a second. I dont think any of the women i know will stay.

You try to define Vik like you write in one of your stories...see where you find him. I would say extreme grey or dumb. But I remember you were always ok with dumb ML so may be he is fulfilling that? To me, he is not an ideal lead character. Cant handle the dumbness.
