Eklavya is canon and Karan met him in S1 as a fully grown adult. So this was Karan not taking a risk as a time traveler who has seen the power of Ansh’s amazing xerox copy producing sperms

BTW now both Karan and Gautam can finally have a common bonding ground - raising a son who was biologically fathered by Ansh who ends up also looking just like him; older than them as the adoptive fathers/uncles and later becoming a source of their headaches.
