RoTu are the main catalysts of the issues and they are 99% responsible for the havoc they created in ManVik's life.

Mannat wasn't even born when this happened...Still she tried with whatever she could from her end only to be blamed left & right...

Vikrant was anyways separated from him in their childhood & Mannat has only seen one side of him in these 7 years - the ever sacrificing, selfless & ever supportive friend & most importantly Dua's Baba. Even Ronnie has seen the same. So DK has put up a good act as of now so there is no chance that Ronnie or Mannat will get any doubt regarding this. (I am using the word 'act' now bcz of his sudden change otherwise I wouldn't have)

Only Neetu wasn't aware since she was mostly bedridden but then she is also quite selfish...& her statements & actions just like DK can be different too....

More than Malla, I see past Neetu in DK right now. I doubt if he himself knows what he is doing because it seems he knows things are slipping out of his hands. I guess just like how Ronnie's words impacted Mannat, in same way he also heard him and he kind of changed after that. Ronnie asked Mannat to let go off Vikrant and DK kind off egged onto that. Maybe he thinks by not letting Vikrant come infront of Mannat or Dua, they will be able to stay away from him more quicker and once they return to Indore, it will be fine.

He is mostly like Neetu, because they both held onto their obsessive love for the kids they raised. Both were afraid of truth coming out and once it threatened to come out, they both flipped. I guess here situation will change more once Mannat mu clears that Vikrant didn't abondon Dua.

He somewhere down the line accepts and knows Vikrant is Dua's biological father but then Neetu comes up and literally wipes out his entire existence from their family. He takes that anger and vents it out on Vikrant. He counts whatever he has done more as self assurances because Neetu acts as if he did nothing.

Just to be clear, last time it was Ronnie, this time it is Mannat.

But uska apna kaand that noone knows, about Yuvi, that was in the interval of 7 years. The divorce papers again, was her doing, noone knows. What I am saying is, these issues, will it ever come out in front of the characters? Like she tried to kill Vik twice, while married twice; noone knows about it.

This is what I was trying to say... Vik should have been shown redeemed without making DK flip for Mannat... he could have remained a possessive father which makes sense but only a platonic and true supporter of Mannat...

Him developing feelings suddenly makes us question (myself including) about his motives for Mannat!!!!

Unfortunately and indirectly this is not a great writing for Vik... Vik should have been a better man in front of a good man and not a better man in front of dubious man which is what is happening now!!!!

I am all for ManViks reunion... it could have been an even more rewarding redemption for Vik had DK been a secure non grey person 😐

You are free to watch what entertains you and skip when you wish...

What I meant to say is... there are some good scenes in between that keep the story balanced and drama going...

But they dont pick it up due to change in narrative or it doesn't fit the storyline anymore... and thats creates an issue... it does for us loyal viewers too!!!

We too are frustrated with this inconsistency... who's to blame for this... I am not sure...

An important example I can quote for you is Vik/Aman BDB on seashore. The moment they got Vishakha... it was clear it wont matter now. Because as per that FB... Amans mom is dead... but if Vish is alive, that fall from terrace doesnt make sense.

There are countless viewers who have still not come to terms with this.

Vish ke entry ka decision kiska tha... we wont know... so crib as much as we want... that part is not coming back ever. 😭

Yuvi is not Vinu just because he is around Vik... Vinu was their first born and P as surrogate (which was BTW another example of how ITV rules do not follow real life 🤦‍♀️).. cant compare Vinu and Yuvi.

Yuvi is simply a prop used by Malla and Y to be around Vik. Malla is currently ignored so they dont need Yuvi. Same with Y as Vik is her fiance and Yuvis usability is over... they may simply end his character and it would not affect the story. That wasnt the case with Vinu.

Mona I’ve been absent from the forum with the emotionally heavy drama, but have been watching the show and popping on here to get more insights.

This isn’t directed at you personally, but just a post with interesting discussions of the other influencing characters.

There comes a point when we recognise and give full sympathies for what both leads have suffered, through their own mistakes, at the hands of the other and through the huge web of deceit around them.
And then move on to considering what is best for Dua.

Dua is 6 years old and brought up by her mother, so is her primary carer. DK has held the father’s role since her birth, it’s irrelevant if he’s a good or -ve character.

Vikrant is the birth father, who wasn’t aware Mannat was pregnant, which under new narrative, everyone else accepts. He has requested to be part of Dua life, nothing more, nor to take away her baba’s role.

Dua has developed a very strong bond with Vikrant (and vv), independently and without any influence from anyone else, with no labels attached other than her good friend and hero. In the time they’ve spent together she’s sought out and enjoyed his company. In the bts drew a picture of herself with Vik and Mannat (minus DK) demonstrating at her young age, her bond with Vikrant. The adults can make their own life choices, but who advocates for Dua’s choices and decisions if she wishes that bond to continue? Her mother and baba (who are making decisions on her behalf) carry their own baggage and aren’t taking her already established bond into consideration. At this young age, she will forget and move in easily, but is that fair when in years to come she learns Vikrant is her biological father, hadn’t been aware of her birth, but wanted to keep contact with her when he found out, but her mother and baba denied it. Unless they can justify Vikrant posed a huge danger to Dua by being in her life, it seems unfair to Dua to have denied her that.
You can’t turn to clocks back and relive lost years as Mannat knows from her own relationship with Anirudh.

Yes you are absolutely right. But as I mentioned before that since ManVik didn't separate under normal circumstances so breaking the truth of Vikrant being Dua's dad right now is a big emotional challenge to overcome. Dua bonding with Vikrant now doesn't mean she would bond the same way once she comes to know the truth.

She will have 100 & 1000s of questions to ask. Also to note the MUs between ManVik are yet to be cleared, there are 100s of other secrets to come out so on what basis Mannat will clear the doubts that little Dua is gonna have now ?

This news should be told to her gradually & not all of a sudden & definitely not through a custody case. Today ManVik even agreed upon the idea but it is Neetu who is spoiling everything just because she want to be the "Mahaan Maata" & wants to do her own 'paap ka prayaschit' even if it is done at the cost of the mental sanity of Mannat & Dua...

And honestly you cannot bring back someone to another person's life zabardasti ka. It takes time for everyone to heal. Mannat is already softening towards him since the time she came to Mumbai, so this issue can be solved even now with grace & maturity....

And to add, we still don't know where Yashika will fit into all of these. DK might end up joining hands later on...

Malla will be here anyways as Yuvi secret still needs to be ousted...
