Ajit Bharti ke upar to kafi cases hain. Plus abhi ek Gautam khattar ke upar bhi case aur arrest hua for talking about st. Xavier's atrocities.. Then there is an account called khurpench who exposed corruption in FSSAI uske upar bhi FIR ya kuch case hua hai. There are some other accounts too (Neeraj Atri, Mahesh and some others, whose name i don't remember atm) who have been claimimg posts & accounts takedown on YouTube Twitter and other sm for criticising Modi and BJP one of them being Nalini unagar, who till recently was defending Modi & BJP everywhere.

He was arrested due to saying against Christianity.

FSSAI wala toh nonsense tha, FSSAI just soo rotten.

Ajit per case CJI ki wajah se hue hain.

I myself not supporting BJP and Modi too much due to what is happening.

But this is false that they aren't allowing criticism.

Literally soo many people's house is running in criticizing him.

Jitna mereko pata hain, there has been no arrest or FIR for speaking against Modi.

Aur Gautam khattar ko bhi arrest so called hindutvadi BJP sarkar ne hi Kiya. I rarely see them so active on vulgar insults of Hindu Gods, despite numerous complaints. Many youtube channels have been pointed out on X for defamatory content on Hindu Gods but in those cases BJP remains inactive. Yaha bahot uchhal uchhal ke action dikhane lage. Jabki baat sach hi hai about Xavier. I won't call him saint.

Can you explain anti defection law in the context of this please?

Nda in rajya sabha keeps shouting and in lok sabha keeps arguing. Especially during rahul Gandhi's bhasan it's just annoying.of course fault lies in rahul too. He will speak about bullshit 1001 stupid ass jokes despite many objection. Feels like he wants to be suspended so that he can enjoy holiday in abroad
