At this point of time I feel like Farhan and excel are floating rumours and denying it at the same time 🙄just to stay in the news . Both him and his company have no relevancy anymore , I don’t think excel has anything lined up at all . I really wish they had sorted this amicably, I don’t really care about Farhan but I am annoyed, that this has mostly effected ranveer’s relationship with Zoya . And I had really hoped for another collaboration with the both of them, loved DDD and gully boy .

Hey, this has been denied by Excel and Pralay producers...the portal who published news of it being resolved is free press journal which is unreliable. Screen which is reputed film magazine got in touch with Excel and confirmed that there is status quo and no resolution.

"However, a source close to the production house has confirmed that the matter is still status quo. A resolution hasn’t been arrived at yet, although it’s expected to take place in near future now that it’s been a month since Ranveer’s Dhurandhar 2 released in cinemas. However, as of now, the mediation is still going on and there’s no progress on the negotiations between both parties so far.

Another source close to the production houses involved in the making of Pralay, which hasn’t even been officially announced yet, claimed that there’s no involvement of Excel Entertainment in the project yet. While Ranveer is likely to turn producer with his new banner Maa Kasam Films with Pralay, other production houses attached to the film include Sameer Nair’s Applause Entertainment and Hansal Mehta’s True Story Films."

Farhan definitely should have stuck to just directing, his acting and singing gigs weren’t exactly worth the hype. Over the past couple of years his company has mostly given duds that I suppose barely recovered the budget.

The news is being debunked. Even if he returns the signing amount, he’s unlikely to give a part of the profits from Pralay to Farhan or anyone else not associated with the project directly. That’s probably an intentional misinformation that’s being spread as everyone knows that post Dhurandhar he’s not just hot property but the hottest. His next project is sure to profit from the success of Dhurandhar if it’s exciting enough for the audience which Pralay sounds like so far. The fact that Ranveer’s not just associated with it as an actor but has officially bankrolled it as a producer speaks volumes especially when you consider that this will be his production house’s maiden venture. Though I wish it had a better director but alas. Point is this is a deliberate misinformation campaign to probably show that Ranveer’s rolling over backwards against the established people in the industry as he’s scared of their might after going against them. His actions however prove that’s far from the truth.
