It just seems like Abhira can't save or handle money

If you have to compromise the handwash by adding water then why not get soap? You get soap for Rs10 and two people can use two soaps that's Rs.20

Why waste money on liquid wash when you are adding tap water and allowing microbial growth?

I have seen people do it with dishwasher as well
