Hey Neera how’s u?
I like to think of that phase as educative for fans and the actor too
Looking back, what I feel is that when Krushal expressed his frustration at times about his role, he seemed to convey that he feels there is no logical flow to the happenings and obviously as fans of the character we too felt the same. To see an actor echo our collective sentiment seemed nice while it lasted. 🤣 however the insignificance of the actor in the business dawns and all that talk turns to bravado
The education for those who felt betrayed is this… not to lay much store in the stated positions cos they rarely call the shots in the business. The verbal gymnastics to explain the difference between Jhanak and Taara roles was amusing to watch. This is a dying medium and male actors have practically nothing to do 🤣🤣….…most actors just don’t take their roles seriously enough to take any positions on it… they know it’s not worth it… they come, play the role, laugh or joke and go home…they don’t feel the need to defend a character cos they are well versed with the trp game. I don’t know if it was his naïveté or over confidence that caused him to take cudgels on behalf of the character he played. He chose a mediocre role in the next outing that any defence of it wasn’t even necessary and then came back to MM for this role which is really quite stupid in every Leena way 🤣🤣
