No, there are many reasons, but supporting them for blue eyes and white skin would be the least one and something I haven’t seen or heard of when it comes to being the reason for supporting Palestine. There are few main reasons for supporting Palestine. One is Al Aqsa mosque which is considered the third holiest mosque in Islam after Mecca and Medina. They don’t like that others have control over that. They see it an Islamic cause to get back that place
Second main reason is because it’s non-Muslim doing that to Muslim population. If it were Muslims doing to Muslims, they would’ve not cared or just ignored it like they do with Afghans and Iranians because they blame them for not tolerating sharia law, or they would’ve cared a bit like they do with people of Yemen and Sudan, but they definitely don’t care about Yemen and Sudan the same level as they care about Palestine because it’s non-muslims attacking in Palestinian case. People in general are more lenient when they see their own people doing something but have an extremely hard time tolerating it if they see an outsider doing it, so same here. Third reason is related to the first two which is Palestine is always in the news and talked about. Everyone sees and knows about it the most, so Palestinian cause is what they think/feel is the most important and tragic one. Be it the Muslim world or now western media too - israel-Palestine news get the most coverage while news related to wars/oppression in other countries barely gets that much coverage or gets completely ignored. Final one, many Arabs also support Palestine because Palestinians are Arabs like them. So multiple reasons for support
