Nine songs one grand vision: Krishnavataram album arrives with voices of Sonu Nigam and Shreya Ghoshal

The makers of Krishnavataram have unveiled its full music album and it is already shaping up to be one of the most immersive soundtracks in the mythological space this year. With a theatrical release locked for May 7, 2026, the film builds on its growing buzz by delivering a rich nine track jukebox that blends devotion, romance and celebration.

Mounted as the first chapter of an ambitious trilogy inspired by Lord Krishna, the film leans heavily on music to establish its emotional core. With lyrics by Irshad Kamil and compositions by Prasad S, the album taps into both classical roots and mainstream appeal.

The album boasts an impressive roster of singers including Sonu Nigam, Sunidhi Chauhan, Shreya Ghoshal, Neeti Mohan and Javed Ali. Each voice brings a distinct flavour, giving the soundtrack a layered and dynamic feel. SHYAMAL SANWARE STEALS THE SPOTLIGHT

Among the nine tracks, Shyamal Sanware stands out as the visual and emotional centerpiece. Sung by Sonu Nigam and Neeti Mohan, the song captures the playful and tender bond between Krishna and Radha. Featuring Siddharth Gupta and Sushmitha Bhat, the track comes alive with choreography by National Award winner Kruti Mahesh. The visuals are lush, the chemistry is engaging and the composition lingers long after it ends.
