Most Authorities , Government Department and public service department meant for serving and helping the common man Have Never Ever been updated or refreshed their contact number or help desk info. They do it intentionally so that they are never approached for help and kept occupied . Their contact numbers either do not respond or are outdated and they do not read the emails . There is zero audit and no media or news agency has ever reported this matter ...Problems issues will never affect those in influential positions or in power . They are neatly designed just for the common man ...
Lesson Number 1.for govt. employees .. Always switch off the mobiles / keep outdated land line numbers..
Lesson No 2 ... Always treat incoming emails as spam and trash them
Lesson No 3 . Incase by mistake you happen to pick up a phone ( 1/1000000) chances then please politely give all assurances and follow up by doing Nothing ...🙏
