Most Authorities , Government Department and public service department meant for serving and helping the common man Have Never Ever been updated or refreshed their contact number or help desk info. They do it intentionally so that they are never approached for help and kept occupied . Their contact numbers either do not respond or are outdated and they do not read the emails . There is zero audit and no media or news agency has ever reported this matter ...Problems issues will never affect those in influential positions or in power . They are neatly designed just for the common man ...

Lesson Number 1.for govt. employees .. Always switch off the mobiles / keep outdated land line numbers..

Lesson No 2 ... Always treat incoming emails as spam and trash them

I had stopped following a.leading industrialist cricket team few years back after arrogant and senseless Auctions ... Any ways , the team is getting Hammered ruthlessly and going from bad to worse season after season ...the pain is when commentators still mock saying 5 Times Champion team ... This team in reality has been the worst performer for past six seasons and ended up at the bottom of the heap shamelessly regularly showing no remorse nor regret...
I don't even now want to associate the name of this great city with any Cricket Team ...

In today's match Rahane was batting. The spinner was rathee . Rahane played the ball and it got stuck in his pads. Rahane removed the ball with his gloves .

Technically If I am not mistaken incase the fielder or wicket keeper removes it or gets hold of the ball stuck in the pads the batsman is declared OUT ...

I am not an expert but two possibilities, One - players are too friendly in IPL because there are marks to sportsmanship to each team. Two - if the ball remained stuck, seeing that no one appealed for lbw, AR removed it himself.

I m also not an expert,even I havent seen also.bt IPL matches are played or telecasted in such a manner that a certain international cricket tournament is going on where like an international match people do buy costly tickwts and just packed the stadium.in this scenario,whatever rules are there ,should get followed.

sportsmanship nanatr dakhava.bt atleast bowler or wivketkeeper should have appealed for that.

I asked AI and their reply was

According to the MCC Laws of Cricket (Law 20 on Dead Ball), the ball becomes dead immediately in these situations:Whether played or not, if the ball becomes trapped between the bat and the person or the batter, or between items of his/her clothing or equipment.

When the ball gets stuck in the batsman's pads after being struck, it qualifies as lodged/trapped in the equipment/clothing. The ball is therefore dead from that instant and hence the batsman is not out ..

So technically speaking the batsman cannot even take a run with the ball lodged in his pads since it is a dead ball...
