I appreciate that they are finally giving some relatable problems to Nandini like weight gain and fertility issues. Usually Mata characters would have only noble problems like being responsible for every member in family and blaming herself for other people mistakes. But I m glad they are finally changing the tone of this character.

Remember how in the beginning of the show, every one who takes one look at Nandini will be swooning or mesmerised by her beauty and aura even though we audience never felt anything like that about her. I am glad finally they are humanising her character and not portraying her as goddess that she is clearly not.

I think I think kavya will give her child away to nandini , and parth won’t agree to this . But again I don’t trust the writers , they don’t have the usual plots so I will wait n watch .

they can't afford to show career oriented FL for the long time because as per itv rules motherhood is more important than well established career

Hahah I know what you mean . But I think there was a morning scene when parth asks kavya - do you remember what happened last night and she blushes.

This is Marathi serial so don’t expect much . I mean whatever they have shown earlier was also not well received by Marathi audience as per social media comments . They deleted few scenes based on the backlash .

The OG actually had a pregnancy and miscarriage track that caused a rift, so tbh I am not surprised if they go that way. With the way KP are presented—they have so much love for each other—this seems like one of the few things that could potentially pull them apart. Unlike JN, KP don't really have misunderstandings, and Parth is so supportive of Kavya’s career.

They could also show Kavya having second thoughts about keeping the child, as it might postpone her IAS dreams indefinitely. That internal conflict would be so real! I’m not speculating about Kavya or the baby dying though, as that would definitely turn off a lot of fans. But if it is a miscarriage, does Ramya cause it, or is it a driving accident (given the whole driving lesson track)?

I was about to post the same - the morning scene where she brings him coffee hints that the marriage is already consummated . The backlash for the wedding night scene was bad enough that they completely deleted the JN scenes while keeping a fraction of the KP scene

That’s true - it’s where she goes home to give modak during Ganpati. Not only that, the Parth comment about not having a driver was also wrong. There a track where Kavya gets stranded after dropping off Anisha and she calls Manini who says she’ll send the driver to pick her up but Parth comes instead. The writers probably pull their hair out knowing the fans watch the serial with too much attention to detail 😂

Internal conflict will be good to see but since this is Marathi tv they will never ever show the abortion . In this case , may be she will go ahead with pregnancy because parth wants it and later they might show a miscarriage . This will cause rift in KP.

I think the only interesting track they can show now is a rift between KP or ramya’s plan

I think you are right—Kavya seemed genuinely happy in the promo, so I don't think she’ll regret the pregnancy, and there was no regret in the OG either. But btw, have you checked the Insta comments? Someone actually said she’ll have twins and give one away to Nandini! 😂😂 People are seriously wild with their ideas 🤣

In OG, she gets pregnant with twins. But i dont think she will give away. I m sure Nandini will also get pregnant at some point. There is no way they will show Mata as anything less than perfection.
