Ok, so I checked her filmography on Wiki. I haven't seen a single movie of hers in any of the South Indian languages. Probably that's why her name didn't register.

Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi won Best Actor Tamil (Male and Female respectively) for Amaran.

Best Actor Male (Telugu) - Allu Arjun (Pushpa 2)

Critics Best Actor Male (Tamil) - Arvind Swamy (Meiyazhagan)

Bhavana won the Cine Icon Award.

I wish Urvashi was also on the cover.

I'm yet to watch Pushpa 2 and Satyabhama. Watched the rest of the movies which won awards here.

Look at the Malayalam Best Film category nominations So hard to choose from this list:

I liked Ponman too even though it was not nominated here.

She was. Her film with Dileep was a huge hit , she had other hits in Malayalam ,then moved to Kannada and Telugu films. I remember seeing huge crowds at theatres in Bangalore where her posters hung and going " Oh iteh Nammade Bhavana alle ". Her acting sucks , she's pretty that's it. Sort of like a Southern Ash so to speak. But I love how she's getting.all the positive attention that she deserves after going through all that.
