There are people who are below poverty line, housemaids, people who are nomads, they all have more than 2 children and they are the followers of Hinduism.

I am not going to defend SC/STs, but yes we do have people in India harassing minorities as a community.

We have people here harassing North eastern students, who aren’t SC/STs by caste but still minorities.

The SC/STs who need actual protection are the ones living majorly in rural part of India.

For urban India, minorities or SC/STs are in good condition if not better than GCs.
