Yes rounds are all real-time. You can decide if you want to play on Discord or IF and you are welcome to move between the 2 if needed.

Exactly. AI did the creative work, but the hours of feeding it and adjusting it and restarting it and, because I used the free version, going back everyday due to limits on graphics. It does all add up.

AI does good work, but the human thinking is still needed. And you can't just take the first thing that comes out of AI either. You have to play with it, adjust it, learn and teach it so that you get something that you like.

You don't even want to see the first few works I put through it before getting to this. Some of them looked so childish and bad. Like a kid just threw paint at the wall or something.

@bold: This!! At the end of the day, we are moulding it into generating what looks good to us. The system’s imagination is also limited to what it has been fed and trained on (and even that ultimately comes from the human brain).

Oh, I know. I tried generating some ideas for a contest. In the end, I came to the painful realisation that even my own ideas were better. AI is like that kid who can only memorise and cough out content. It bungles up if you give it an out-of-syllabus question.

@ Bold: Here's an idea from my experience. Keep starting new chats. Let's suppose you ask AI to create you a main tag with blue and gold. Adjust it a few times, understand what the AI needs to do something better and then start a new chat and give it a new prompt based on that. I did that this time around and I finally got better results when I kept starting new chats.

I kept wondering if it might interfere with the flow if I keep starting new chats, so never tried it.

Actually I find that works better. See in the same chat, AI is learning from its previous updates, so when you ask for a main tag in blue and gold and then you ask it to add green, it'll try to add green in a weird way. But if you decide that you want a bluish green and gold shading and start a new chat, it's almost like a fresh start so AI isn't learning from previous pics, but starting from scratch.

And then I started deleting old chats from Gemini as I was going through this so that it couldn't pull from those previous chats. Yes those chats are probably somewhere still out there, but they aren't on my account so Gemini can't pull from them directly.

I'm in for playing it on discord!!
