I didn’t see anyone in the show calling them Tusli Mihir. Calling them tulsi Mihir is an abomination. Rest idc if one dies or what. I don’t think Rohit wants to leave the show, so I doubt his character will be shown dead

**Looooong post alert**

Think of it.

Hritik was a slow, shielded (by virtue of being the youngest), a loner but sensible, sensitive boy who needed his family, mother's support, emotionally.

Hritik being supportive of Munni kindles a liking towards Hritik. In trying to share a social life and friendship, she fakes an account, befriends him, shares their deepest feelings. During these exchanges Munni develops feelings for him. She continues to lead him knowing well that Hritik only treats her (Munni) as a friend.

So, when the truth comes out, Hritik feels betrayed, almost mocked that Hritik was so dumb that he couldn't figure out it was Munni and that he was not capable of social interactions without her.

Tulsi only saw that he was not able to accept her social status, not fully knowing the background.

She enrolls her in a hostel and funds her education and this helps her become independent. It is the same Munni who Hritik enrolled in a night school which she gave up when faced with the first hurdle. So, her success may be attributed to her Leaving Shantiniketan and a scholarship by Tulsi.

Hritik has been unlucky in his life and his marriage has been miserable, making him even more vulnerable.

Munni returns as an IAS officer who is engaged to a fellow officer (who has known of Munni's past) and at the first encounter, though she stands up to Hritik, still harbours a soft corner. They have frequent encounters, albeit professionally, but the past is still not erased. These encounters, naturally trigger an insecurity in her fiancé and when she accepts Hritik's gift and wears it (saree), that too on Valentines Day, it serves as the final nail in the coffin of an already dying relation.

It appears as though she was never over Hritik. Munni tries to play the victim that she never was. She used the misunderstanding to gaslight Rahul and get out of the commitment and potentially get back with her first love, Hritik.

Hritik was in a bad marriage. He was in it because of Timsy. Mitali was never a hands-on mom. When he met Munni, he realised what he lost but it was never shown if he made any advances to her. Hritik falling in "love" with Munni immediately after his divorce, however, also is indigestable.

That said, it is Munni who took the decisions first, on her own accord. Not under anyone's influence.

So thanks for letting me know. I love knowing these things. The mangulsutra one is great to know and makes sense. In my culture, when babies are born they put kajal on their eyes and burn something. I don’t what that burning thing is called to ward off evil eye. They burn that when there’s an engagement, wedding and any other type of happy celebration too. But I don’t know if that’s only for evil eye or something else too. Many also wear that blue eye thing 🧿 to ward off evil eye. I didn’t use to believe these things but now I believe. So I am still learning about all this

Yep the gland itself not the chakra as the chakra there is known as the Sahasrara or the Crown chakra. It’s practically impossible to affect the chakras with any physical object or activity, let alone make it work as a stimulant for a baser instinct such as lust. As the name itself suggests, it’s the supreme amongst the chakras and therefore is located at the top of our heads too. A human being who manages to access this chakra is said to have transcended all the limits of mortals and can be considered one with the divine. If they choose to do so, they may forsake their physical bodies for a place in a higher realm of their choosing for their Aatma. If they choose to live, they can still choose to have all the secrets of the universe at their disposal and essentially live forever.

I think when it comes to such things aka evil eye and bad energy etc. in the modern world we all tend to be dismissive of them or are skeptics at most until we have an experience that has no other explanation than there very things we either chose to mock or disbelieve or ridicule of whatever.

I was like that too until a point but then it made sense to me that if there’s a higher power and something like a font of energy at its purest form then the opposite must exist too somewhere in the universe. After all, we value day because we have nights, we value the good times/things because of the bad ones. Everything has a balance which the Chinese have called Yin and Yang.

Yes there’s a crown chakra there, but there’s another chakra there around the forehead too. So I thought they were trying to stimulate that. The third eye chakra which is associated with pineal gland or so I have read. True about the evil eye and other things. It’s hard to believe in these things until one believes in them. Everyone has their own journey and timeline I think

The one where the bindi is applied is called the Ajna chakra, but no, not a single chakra including the Mooladhara which sits at the base of the spine and is considered the base itself as the name suggests Mool aka Root Adhara, the support aka the one which is the root itself is above all the baser instincts of a human being. To activate it is in and of itself a task.

Yep, everyone has their own journey and roads that leads to the same destination and we all take our own time to get there.

I don’t know how to articulate this without sounding… well… insensitive perhaps but I don’t know how to describe this feeling.

We have had 2 people in this family trying to kill themselves in a matter of months. Today the first one who almost died rescued the other. But it genuinely is crazy how it seems irrelevant. When Hrithik almost killed himself he was recommended therapy, we literally got no idea if he’s even meeting someone since then. Samaira says she’s in therapy but today the way the scene was handled it seemed like this will amount to nothing too. Talk to grandparents, uncles, aunts etc. was the magic solution.

Amidst this I couldn’t help but wonder Parth was nowhere to be seen even after the family sat down to have a conversation with Samaira. I wonder was he looking after the guests, paying off the Mehendi artists, or suddenly trying to make it seem like Vaishnavi is the most important person as far as he’s concerned. His sudden interest in her despite their previous scenes where he came across as uninterested don’t add up too.

Somehow the impact of the episode isn’t landing. Idk how to explain it.
