No it cannot be compared... because all the expectations were only from Mannat and all the harshest treatment was only reserved for her.

Other 2 will get what they want very easily.

He was and still is in love with Mannat. Is not with other 2.... Had a secret wedding with Mannat ... slept with her.

With Malla he faced the same situation and agreed to it in guilt.

With Y there is no such situation yet he agrees to the wedding to placate her parents.

If guilt tripping by parents is the criteria (which is what happened with Malla and now with Y) ... then shouldnt the requests from everyone including RoTu and Gagan matter????

In Mallas situation too, he faced a crisis where it was a question on his character... and he did fall prey to the EB.

Mannat had given proofs... pleaded to get married and even told him she will apologize to him all their life... it wasnt enough????

Gagan ka to koi role nahi tha... that man literally put his pagdi down on Viks feet... in a social construct thats the lowest a ladki ka baap can go... what about his request??? Usko to accept kar leta!!!!

Worst of all... Vik knowingly slept with Mannat... shouldn't he respect atleast that????

If he can marry Malla for a fake ONS... but which he believed to be true at that moment... what about Mannats izzat?????

The comparison Kidult posted is valid because Vik seems to keep all expectations from Mannat and asked her to show him the right path (on terrace wedding)... but when she does try to do that he refuses to see it that way...

More importantly during the terrace wedding vik made some requests to Mannat ... Mannat has to be righteous at all times but Vik can falter. On that night, among the promises he made and requests he did... he never figured she can fail too... and what will he do if she does???? Will he forgive her???

The result of what will he do was seen in the actual wedding.

He could have got married and still kept hating Mannat, not forgiven her all her life .. but didnt give her that leeway too. He asked for more proofs before completing the wedding.

On the funeral day too... he didnt try to resolve anything. So no.. it doesnt look like he would have got married to Mannat after Shrutis death as well.

Very simply... if giving time to process his emotions was the reason.... there was their whole life where Mannat would have given him time.... it is he who didnt give that courtesy to Mannat.

She did not spare the Leads' marriage; it means nothing to her. If the marriage is completed, all roads are closed for Manvik and Dua to be together as a family. To keep Manvik closer, for the sake of the story to progress in SM and to continue the push-and-pull, a major revelation has to happen—either Y 's secret or Dua's birth secret.

Otherwise, everyone will go their separate ways, and there will be no story left.

If Yuvi's truth comes out, it does not impact the completion of the marriage rituals, only the truth about Y or Dua can stop the mandap drama...

That's the thing Jyo. I don't trust her🤬. She did it in past and can do it now also considering Mannat is slot leader. Since when she paid attention to Viewers?

1 yr and still no punishment for any vamp and on top of that she got new vamp who once again can't act to save her life🤬. I came across one article which said Viewers are really fed up with this same rinse and repeat and ARS getting away every time without any punishment. Till now we are also saying same thing. There's no justice for Vikrant the crimes committed against him. Same goes for Mannat.

Now with this it's same Panmasala wedding and Mannat is in SM only for ARS.

TBH I am done with this. When these two will learn to give importance to their love and choose each other first not others. Together they can fight with evils but no they are busy in pacifying unwanted people and royally ignoring their heart 🤬😭

And even if Yashi gets exposed what's the use? She is not gonna go anywhere when she has Trump card of ARS's truth thanks to that useless cop🤬

Fair points moor, but still you are missing the point that in case of yash, malla ...vik was in sane mind to take decisions... where as in case of mannat he was literally in a mental shutdown, how can we expect vik to take decisions then and there itself in such situations , didn't he deserve sometime to figure out things after such incidents where he got his 25 years suppressed memories, got to know his parents are not his real parents, his identity is not his,and actually his parents did gruesome mistakes which were accepted by them.....when mannat got to know about sruti not being her mother during initial 5-10 episodes she left her mother in icu and took time to figure out things, I don't think mannat is wrong there..after knowing such thing she needed time....she got it..when the truth was such plain and simple mannat left everything thing and took few hours off...then why dont vik deserve sometime off when his truth was so layered,complex,confusing....

And yes at funeral he didn't go to solve things, because that was not the place to solve such things, he just went there to be there for her.. but his mezbaani confession post leap gives us input about what he might have done after he tried to meet mannat once again after funeral.. vik said in his confession that he accepts his mistakes but mannat left him permanently... this is why he stayed away because he felt it was her choice to move on from their relationship..

So ab kya hoga..Vik will marry Yash, Mannu will leave city with Rotu., Dua and Dhairya...vamps.will rejoice....a win for them again....ab kahani khatam, show khatam....kyunki bacha hi kya na .....

Kya yaar....Inko drama chalana hai aur....kuch na kuch to raaz ukhaad ke aana hi padega bahar varna the end is as mentioned above...ya to Dua ka sach , ya to yashika par Ash ka vaar....

i have given up on predictions during fake engagement given up on debates 3-4 weeks ago now just come here for ManVik and DuVik. I don't even care for BTS much, if in the episodes they show any cross weddings it's end for me 🤣

This BTS is nothing for me after watching 4 months of torture 😆

The point you are missing is there is decency to be expected from Vik as a ML.... he married her in secret and slept with her. Sure it was with her consent... but she consented only after he gave her lifetime of promises and a symbolic marriage.

It was Mannats decency that she didnt bring up the terrace s*x to push him into the social marriage, the way Malla trapped him.

And no I dont believe she considers it as shame because she loves Dua who is a result of that night.

People make a big deal about how Mannat left the city without informing Vik or without giving Vik a chance to resolve.

What they forget very nicely is that Vik was leaving too... he was going to Amritsar with Vish... Agar Shruti ki death news nahi milti use time pe Shalini se... to he would have left anyway....

And phir uske baad Mannat aati bhi resolve karne to bhi she wouldnt have found him!!!!

Phir Kise blame karte????

I dont like to discuss all this repeatedly because I firmly believe on 2 points...

A. Amans truth wasnt disclosed because they wanted to take a leap. Agar vo Bata diya hota to leap ki jarurat nahi padta and vamps would have been exposed.

B. Knowing Mannat and how she forgives Vik easily .. it needed a worst kind of accusation... CA and Divorce kind of accusations to break them apart and make her not come back to him. She was waiting for him inspite of the harshest words. But she broke down when he cut all ties with her.

On these 2 aspects the leap is very well written and logical. If Amans truth was Viks trauma, the trauma he gave Mannat on the wedding day is equally valid. Lets not demean that neither compare.

And she loves Vikrant. Period.

To my mind this kind of secret marriage, sleeping and leaving is not what an ML does.
But Mukta has played with Vikrant because I guess she trusts Adnan as an actor. Which is why a lot of us overlook or forget it.

But TRP audience will remember it. I wish they would show Vikrant having FBs of that night. At least make him remember. And speak one sentence of remorse at what he did! Even if in a monologue.

But I have lost hope now that the writers will do this little tweak.

If we are looking at this thing from social perspective then from social perspective a lot of things are wrong in this show be it mannat openly pursuing vik even when he was married man, manvik openly having relationship when vik was still not divorced, vik getting close to mannat even when he is engaged, mannat getting carried away in this situation... In this way so many things are wrong morally and socially
