Yes, now when I try to download the banners from the imgur links, it's not working here in my country too. I have to ask the participants to send in the postimg links. Pausing the voting lines for sometime now!

I think best option is to upload on postimages. Imgbb works too but sometimes those images don't show up until you refresh the page on IF.
