Even if she can prove that Ran trapped her for marriage and they can prove that he’s committed fraudulent acts in the company, it technically still doesn’t make sense to allow Ran access to the company even more than he already has. Empowering Ran even more while Angad himself is not even stepping foot in the company himself would have no consequences whatsoever for Ran. He could have thrown his support behind Ran by simply appearing at the meeting as a shareholder and saying that he supports Ran and then they could have shared their brilliant ideas to rescue the company. He didn’t need to hand Ran his power of attorney!
