May be they made the AI models watch Anupama and so they got corrupted and delivering defective products

Then that’s even dumber than the accident itself. How did he sneak in that huge cupboard without anyone noticing or stopping him? It’s not as if this is some IKEA cupboard that can be assembled in the factory, all they need is to sneak in the box containing the dismantled parts that he somehow found a way to get in and then also the time, place and patience to assemble without raising any alarm and getting noticed. It’s a huge, heavy, noisy cupboard made of metal that requires a lot of work and at least 3-4 people to move. It’s already dumb to show it on top like that, to show it was snuck in somehow without being noticed and then mounted on a height without anyone knowing a thing in a factory which has to have some security and apparently a staff of 2000 workers working in double shifts!
