Family fixes marriage of the couple after trying all the tactics for refusal and declares it as an arranged match.

Same here. Seen in extended family. There didn't seem to be any acceptance problems also. Just that they don't want anyone to know it was a love marriage.

These days with social media it's so easy to find out they were both working in the same company. One girl posted friends on Facebook from some 5-6 years, after they told it was an arranged marriage Another guy, the son-in-law, openly told they liked each other from college days.

Parents forget these oldie aunties and uncles in the families are better than any CID in getting information out

They also start saying it was love cum arranged, as if the sanskaari level meter goes up by saying it was arranged

I might be in the minority but I liked today's episode for main reason that it was Arya focused mainly. He was so good with Gopal. And for the first time ever I wasn't as angry with Gopal as I have been until now. As a parent of a teen ager myself, it made complete sense what he was saying for the first time. It wasn't as bad as portrayed in the preview yesterday. Will the Roka happen or not tomorrow ? Based on the fact that Sharmi lost 5 lakh rupees and is now unwell 🤔 Arya jayega help karne yaa Jhende ko bhejega ?

Considering the kind of regressive and conservative views of Gopal Sharma I really don’t think no marriage is An option for anu. I mean they have been looking to marry her since the beginning of the serial when there wasn’t anything between Anu and Arya. Do you really think a girl raised in such a family would really have the option to say no to marriage.

They hardly cared for her consent while fixing this marriage with Mohit

These are the kind of people who say shaadi Ke baad Sab thik ho jayega even if the shaadi becomes the death of their daughter

Agreed first time Gopal was talking sense just like a father of teenager would who's in this situation

At the same time Aarya rocked as well he subtly and humbly told his side of the story as well

It was man to man talk which ended up exactly the way it had to I liked Arya's attitude to not look bad . though I felt for a split second that Gopal felt bad as well when Arya walked away

The storytelling has become terrible—now people are watching only for Sharad. I once watched a serial called Na Umar Ki Seema Ho. In that show, the female lead came from a very conservative family and fell in love with her boss, who was 25 years older than her. No matter what anyone said, she was not ready to marry anyone except the male lead.
