Rajni emotionally blackmails, sends her son Varun to set fire to Anupama’s residence n kill her . So hat she is no more a threat to her party ticket n power n position. Varun sets fire but Anupama escapes , except Prerna. Anupama risks her life to rescue Prerna . Varun is guilty n repentant over his misdeed and Bharti supports him. Anupama n her team of supporters plan to frighten Rajni and make her confess she committed all the crimes . They make it public that Anupama was killed in the fire . Rajninos very pleased to hear this . After bedtime , Anupama disguised as ghost n visits Rajni’s. She gets frightened and acts as per the ghosts’s directions and unknowingly confesses to all the crimes against the chawl residents and Anupama . She reveals how she used fraudulent means to get Anupama’s signature on the legal papers. Anupama secretly records her entire confession.
Terrified of her meeting with Anupama’s ghost , Rajni visits the chawl accompanied by builder and decide to raze the chawl with bulldozer.
Anupama then confronts Rajni , first she scares her as ghost n then reveals her drama. Rajni pretends not to be scared ,Anupama then threatens Rajni with good beating, so that she improves and never again cheats or betrays any body. She should not harm chawl or its residents ever again. The builder n bulldozer leave on learning about Rajni’s confessions. All support Anupama and go against Rajni including her son Varun and daughter Prerna. She gets emotional an and tries to influence them but Prerna labels her as the worst criminal and cheater in this world.
All chawl residents apologise to Anupama and attack Rajni after hearing her confessions, they throw nimbu mirchi at Rajni to take revenge for attempting to kill Anupama and razing the chawl, Cheating the residents.
Rajni confesses and assures she will be friends with Anupama again . Anupama warns that she has backstabbed after assuring childhood friendship, she will never be able to trust her again.
At Kothari mansion Parag is assured by Prem and Ansh that they will stand by him to rebuild their business. Vasundhara is heart broken and laments the imminent loss of their home. Gautam and Mahi refuse to share their savings and dream of living in their own home, a house which he had bought few yrs back. They refuse to help Parag’s business.
