Can’t stand either of the characters. Looking at RV,s face I feel like slapping him.
Noina is no longer just "the other woman"; she is an active business and emotional rival to Tulsi. Her intention was to humiliate Tulsi professionally to prove she is the better partner for Mihir. However, Tulsi won the competition, leaving Noina bitter .Noina’s poor business advice led to Shanti Niketan being put at stake. Not only is she a poor excuse of a human being but a really crappy business woman. Going by what we have seen she has merged her business with the Virani business and is majorly responsible for its decline. It seems like her business tactics and success were based on manipulation, eliminating the competition by hook or by crook. Her earlier success was due to her partnership with the Parekh family whom she dropped like a hot potato as soon as she saw that she could get into the good books of Mihir by doing so. While Noina is technically proficient she is an ethically bankrupt businesswoman. She has the "IQ" for business—understanding markets and trends—but lacks the "EQ" and integrity required to sustain a legacy like the Viranis. Unlike the Virani family’s historical focus on steady, reputation-based growth, Noina operates on a high-risk, high-reward model. She was the catalyst for digitizing the Virani textile empire, pushing for automated factories and international exports that eventually led to the downfall of the Viranis established business. Where the Viranis looked at their workers as assets/ essential akin to family and equal partners in their success, Noina sees the workers as replaceable assets. Perhaps the precap that hints at the downfall of the Viranis home and business and Tulsi as their savior will be because saving the Viranis factories will provide Bandhej an already established manufacturing unit to complete and further her Bandhej business.

It is possible that Tulsi is saving Virani industries so that she has independent means to complete her new order. Right now Ajay has kindly helped her and the girls complete the initial 1000 sarees order but he has his own business to run and may not have the capacity to cater to Tulsi’s business.

Adding to that relationships are a two way street. How can you blame one party when you yourself have done nothing to nurture that relation. He questioned Pari as to why she did nothing bother to establish a relationship with him but the same can be said for him too.

The rivalry between Tulsi and Noina is a classic study of selflessness vs. selfishness. It is a battle between someone who defines herself by her responsibilities (Tulsi) and someone who defines herself by her desires (Noina).

Tulsi’s identity is inextricably linked to the "Virani" name and the values of Shanti Niketan. She sees herself as a protector. Even when she was away in Anjar for six years, her "goodness" remained her compass. She doesn't need power to feel important; she finds power in her role as a mother and a matriarch.

Noina is a self-made woman who believes she is the hero of her own story. Her identity is built on her accomplishments and her obsession with Mihir. She feels she deserves the best of everything because she worked for it, leading to a sense of entitlement that makes her see Tulsi as an "outdated obstacle" rather than a person. Tulsi operates on a "dharma" (duty) system. She will do the right thing even if it hurts her personally. Noina’s morality is flexible. If a lie helps her get closer to her goal, she views it as a "necessary strategy." She doesn't see herself as "evil"; she sees herself as "practical." This lack of a fixed moral code makes her unpredictable and dangerous. The writers have strongly hinted that nothing actually happened on the supposed one night stand. Mihir was completely intoxicated and unconscious. It is quite possible that Noina fueled by her obsession, simply staged the room to look like they had spent the night together to break Tulsi’s trust. However there is no denying that even if Mihir did not cheat physically emotionally he did cheat Tulsi. Tulsi loves Mihir enough to leave him if it means his peace or the family’s stability. Her love is quiet, resilient, and rooted in trust. It is this betrayal of trust that makes her finally step away from all that she valued.

To add to this, it’s one thing that he couldn’t do what he accused Pari and by extension his parents of, it’s another thing to actively try and hurt them.

Pari didn’t reach out to him, therefore he owes her no loyalties, fine, accepted. Though if you intend to and insist on being treated as the future patriarch of the family, there are a lot of times when you have to choose to be compassionate over cruel, more understanding and forgiving than undermining and vengeful. You can’t keep and hold on to people, expect them to respect your authority if you come across as a tyrant rather than a wise elder.

Gautam couldn’t display those qualities here.

Pari didn’t care enough about him to make an effort to establish ties with him, but she also didn’t actively sought to hurt him and esp do so by working with those who sought to harm him either.

Absolutely correct. He deliberately let the abuser win the case, collaborated with Noina whom he obviously holds in contempt. Yet his behavior has been that of an entitled petty brat rather than a mature person who stands with his family through thick and thin.

Gautam in season 1 was a young man, who was deprived of love! With no wrong doing of his own. Aarti and Kiran, were the main culprits. He was off track, did wrong things, but did it because, no one had guided him, the right way.

But a grownup Gautam, who has learnt the lessons of his life, behaving like this, was difficult to watch. He just chose to grow up bitter, even after his second chance!

So, as much as I could connect with season 1 Gautam, I disconnected with his new avatar!

I want Sumit and Smriti, share some angst, but not by redoing what they did in season 1!

Writers please do better!

No wonder that whole scene was so strange when the tempo halted, let Suhas burn boxes and leave smoothly. It seems like it was allowed to happen so that Ran and Noina could be fooled.

Mostly another filler tonight though but one which explains how Tulsi probably got enough money to stop the auction we see mentioned in the promo. She got an order for 10 lakh sarees based off of the timely completion of the order of the 1000 sarees which met the required quality standards and was given an advance cheque likely to commence production of the order.

She will use that money to help the Viranis and no girl from Bandhej will question Tulsi conveniently, regarding the diversion of the funds even though they’re all stakeholders too. Sigh… sometimes this is why you need some nitpicking and seemingly some bad apples sorta people. At least they keep the tracks realistic even if all they do is ask the required questions from the leads regarding their decisions to do something that can affect other people’s lives too.

i think mihir mustve helped secretly to get tulsi the order and must've heard of noyna's planning yet once again..
