The character Gomzi is written well. His reasons were valid and strong. Although he is wrong somehow his acting made it very convincing for him. And he snubbed Mihir Noyna which made me happy. Bringing in Gomzi now is the perfect strategy. Keeps people hooked to the show. I am more interested in Gomzi and Tulsi scenes when compared to Pari's case. I hope he stays for sometime... or atleast until he patches up with Tulsi.

Now I am able to connect the dots. During Mihir Tulsi wedding anniversary, Karan informed Gautam and Damini about Mihir gifting car to Tulsi. On hearing this Damini demanded car from Gautam but Gautam couldn't afford a car so Damini left him. So Gautam is holding Mihir, Tulsi, Karan and the car responsible for his separation with Damini. He came to Mumbai to search for the car and break it with hockey stick

So I guess they are closing Damini’s chapter? Probably that’s why they showed her leaving him. So that means they will bring someone else as long as Gautam is in the show. That Damiki actress isn’t available too
