I mean Gautam practically handed him a golden opportunity today on the platter! He mentioned Pari being locked up and the gas leakage thing himself. So Gautam himself confirmed that this incident happened.

Tulsi clarified she rescued Pari… all Hemant had to do was then go ask Tulsi a few basic questions. Like how did she know where Pari was when she got to the chawl. Was the room locked from inside or outside where Pari was.

Tulsi had to simply say outside. Hemant then could have simply asked Gautam to explain how Pari could have done that. It was as simple as that.

I caught it and I am not even a lawyer! 😩😭

Precap has Gautam mention Karan clearly… so seems like something that happened which involves Karan is the reason why he has cut off from the family.

I am still skeptical...his words were "Jab tak karan nahi tha tab tak Gomzi ka palda bhaari tha" and its true coz once Karan entered he took center stage. I think he felt leftout as Tuhir grew closer to GenZ kids...IDK but tbh the screen presence and gravitas of the older cast has is unmatched.

I swear a layman with no formal education of the law forced to argue their own case would do a better job than what they’re showing here Hemant doing as a professional lawyer.

Gautam got pictures from the previous trial as evidence from the archives of the court but Hemant couldn’t argue about basic logical reasoning here? He didn’t even have Ran’s previous case records investigated. Hrithik had told Tulsi that Ran had trapped girls like Pari before, that he had a couple of police complaints against him as well.

How hard is it for a professional lawyer to find out how many cases were registered against the same person today when all the records are digital? Hemant couldn’t find that? He could have shown how Ran has a history of trapping stupid rich girls. He got divorced from Shalini before marrying Pari, so couldn’t Hemant dig up the court records of that divorce case? Even if they had an out of court settlement there had to be some paper trail to prove Ran was married to another woman before who came from a more well off family than he did. He could have alluded that it was a strange coincidence that Ran managed to marry above his league and station both times.

Shalini was from a wealthier family than his. Pari from a family even wealthier than Shalini’s.

Heck, not one lawyer bothered to ask how did a man like Ran even meet Pari in the first place. How could they fall in love given their vastly different social status and circles. When did they meet. What had them fall in love. Nothing about these basic foundational questions at all in a divorce case!

The entire court drama with pictures of Paridhi's domestic abuse nishanis didn’t make much sense. Physical marks alone cannot be treated as conclusive proof, especially in today’s time. With the level of AI, editing tools, and image manipulation available now, photographs can easily be altered or taken out of context and any image with/without AI manipulation will be questioned for their authenticity. Any sensible legal argument would have questioned the authenticity of those images and pushed for digital forensics or medical corroboration. Instead, the court drama relied blindly on visual “proof,” which made the entire sequence feel outdated and unrealistic more like a 90s courtroom than a contemporary one ignoring how evidence and technology actually work today.

Before 1st leap Tulsi used to wear salwar suits while being married...but when the show took leap of 3 yrs (before generational leap) she became more sanskaari
