Case Pari ka hai.

Her own actions are coming to bite her. She falsely implicated Ajay (her first husband) in a dv case now her second husband, who actually abused her is using that to discredit her.

Gautam was always jealous of Karan.. right?

I understand that.

And yes, in the fictional world, people have valid reasons to dislike/hate her.

But even with that, she has suffered enough - it's been 6 freaking years. No one has to forgive her but they can't just keep enabling the actual offender because domestic violence is a serious crime and I wouldn't wish that for even an enemy.

As far as Gautam is concerned, I'd argue that a lawyer doesn't need to act all high and mighty and he/she at some point may take a client who's guilty.

But here Gautam is specifically helping Ran because he wants to punish Pari and through her Tulsi. So it's simply pathetic IMHO.

Poor man had disappeared in Kyunki S1 after a point. He got a chance to replay this role and they’re not even making him a good enough lawyer!

I mean Gautam practically handed him a golden opportunity today on the platter! He mentioned Pari being locked up and the gas leakage thing himself. So Gautam himself confirmed that this incident happened.

Tulsi clarified she rescued Pari… all Hemant had to do was then go ask Tulsi a few basic questions. Like how did she know where Pari was when she got to the chawl. Was the room locked from inside or outside where Pari was.

Tulsi had to simply say outside. Hemant then could have simply asked Gautam to explain how Pari could have done that. It was as simple as that.

I caught it and I am not even a lawyer! 😩😭

Gautam might have got angry, when mihir gave everything to karan, which was weird! Gautam ka initial trust issue was understandable ab kya ho gaya, ki mihir ne isse kuch nahi diya!

It’s traumatic to have to go to a court as it is and this was like reliving that nightmare all over again to some extent. So her reaction is understandable. I am glad that she said she’s not as forgiving as her son but she will still pray for the right side to win because she trusts Tulsi enough to know she’ll never favour a wrong person knowingly.

She didn’t pardon Pari but she still had the grace to wish well for the daughter of the woman who saved her and her family. It’s the quintessential Maa Baap ke kiye karm as we say it… kids sometimes pay for the misdeeds of their parents… but they also can get blessed because of the good deeds of their parents.
