The thing with Mihir is that he’s the first born of a first born. This goes back to the roots as Mihir was always an adored child as he was the first grandchild of Baa Bapuji. Amongst the cousins he was the smartest when it came to education too, I mentioned just a couple of pages ago how Chirag felt so overwhelmed and inferior in comparison for failing repeatedly while his dad cited Mihir as an example as he was smart enough to go abroad and study. His younger brothers and sisters also looked up to him.

Mihir has been a good grandson, son and brother. But he has time and again failed as a husband and father. Unfortunately, Mihir has been unable to comprehend that his perfection, as his family, made him believe doesn’t extend to all spheres of his life. He may have been a model grandson, son and brother; he was an exemplary student but he hasn’t excelled as a husband and father.

Now with time and age, he has effectively donned the hat of the patriarch of the family too, thus he doesn’t really have people calling him out on his problematic behaviour and decisions either. They literally had to keep Daksha alive and bring her back for one episode to have someone literally slap him for cheating on Tulsi again.

Amongst all the children he has with Tulsi, ironically the only child who came to even fight for Tulsi with Mihir was Karan. Karan isn’t even Tulsi’s biologically! He’s literally her stepchild who fought with his biological dad as he was enraged on her behalf.

Amongst Tulsi’s own children - Shobha has been trying to get her parents back together again as if nothing major happened and what her mom suffered doesn’t matter. Pari is ashamed and guilty. Hrithik, Angad never have once said anything to Mihir. Gautam and Harsh didn’t even show up. Ansh is dead and I doubt he would’ve cared had he been alive and around either about Tulsi.

That’s literally 1 child out of 8 who confronted Mihir and asked him what was he thinking. How could he do this to Tulsi. Imagine that. The only one with a valid excuse is Ansh smiley22

When someone is raised to believe in their superiority it becomes difficult for them to believe and accept their faults and mistakes. And it gets worse when no one’s there to correct them or with an authority to punish them or the gall to challenge them.

Mihir had all this going. It’s what made him hate the fact that Tulsi challenged him and his decisions. Noina played the humble supportive friend and he didn’t even realise that he was nurturing a snake.

Daksha disappeared and Mihir is sulking now because he’s aware he’s wrong but he’s also done something so monumentally wrong that he can’t even seek help or guidance from the one elder of the family who’s around - Gayatri. Not that her advice is worth much, given that she was team Noina and is also responsible for this mess.

to continue the discussion, yes I totally agree with each word you wrote. So if this was a literature/novel, Mihir should ideally have an uphill task of unlearning and relearning certain traits! He should not try to be perfect.. rather try to be a husband who can understand what his wife (or for that matter his kids) need from him! What’s good for one woman (as a wife) may not be what another woman needs from her husband!

But then this is a tv show so I am not sure how much depth they would bring to this aspect, if any!

today he sabotaged noinas speech by his ulti patti to her! This much is fine but let’s hope he doesn’t again do something (to make Tulsi win) that ends up hurting her self respect yet again

I think in these epis Tulsi was just doing drama coz mandira had kidnapped gautam. However I think tulsi ne naatak ke naam pe apna gussa, dard aur badaas sab nikaal diya.

I genuinely liked today’s episode, especially because of how strongly Mihir stood up for his daughter. He made it very clear that he cannot sacrifice his daughter’s agony and suffering just to ensure Dev’s alliance remains intact. He refused to stay silent for society’s convenience, and that moment truly reflected how every father should protect his child’s emotional well being.

Earlier, before the leap, I never really liked Pari’s character. But now, I do feel sympathy for her. It feels like her past actions have come back as karma. No one deserves to live in constant suffering with a man who is abusive and openly involved with another woman. Society often pressures women to stay “for the child’s sake,” but growing up in a toxic environment only leaves emotional scars on children. Pari should separate from Ranvijay and start afresh, whether alone or remarried , but she must walk out of this unhealthy relationship.

I liked Tulsi too. Her calm demeanor and the grace with which she spoke about handloom sarees stood out beautifully. Her composed presence added depth and warmth to the scene.

What I did not like at all was Rithik’s sudden racing heartbeat. That scene was so not required. It felt illogical and forced, as if they he shares some deep soul connection with munni. The same man who once rejected her for being a maid is now shown having a heart to heart bond and it felt like complete nonsense.

The conversation between Munni and Mithali was predictable. Mithali still looks down on Munni, assuming she is beneath her, which reflects real life thinking where people fail to recognize growth and change.

And about Munni - She did nothing wrong by asking Rithik about his suicide attempt, nothing wrong in helping him with the new plant project. She may have agreed after her discussion with Tulsi, which likely influenced her decision and sense of responsibility. However, it is clear that Munni still has feelings for him, which is concerning because Rithik does not deserve her. Unfortunately, the makers seem determined to push a Munni Rithik love/marriage angle.

Despite these flaws, the post leap episodes have been genuinely engaging. After a long time, I find myself watching an Indian show regularly and truly enjoying it.

These shows are uniquely different and worth watching. Else everything is business nowadays.

Turkish shows have been highly popular since 2010 because of attractive leads. Pyaar Lafzon Mein Kahan was so good to watch!

I have only watched one Turkish show. That Pyaar Lafzon Mein one. I loved that show

She is very modern for her own life !! That is very conflicting...

The thing is she just doesn't want tulsi to interfere, so she is trying to reduce her presence, by suggesting the opposite... she cares a damn about anyone else except herself..

She also cares about money and wants to secure the loan and live her dream life with mihir in luxury! And not sing pardesi pardesi on the railway station.

Noyan claimed she was also abused earlier in the show by her husband, so she should be the most understanding of Pari's situation! And would she say same thing to Mittali, if she was abus\ed by her husband!

You misunderstood. She faked that abuse. She spread the news to the world that her ex-husband was abusive and drove him to suicide/death. Then she hired a man to do natak about her ex-husband being an abuser, so Mihir can hear it and feel bad for her
