Yes for normal itv show it would have felt like its rushed but this is naagin ideally show starts with the revenge. They can't take so much time to show slowburn. They just wanted to set a base purvi loved aryman but he betrayed her and killed her so that post she comes back she will not fall for him easily and she will have conflicting feelings for him. So personally did not felt it rushed as naagin ka theme hi revenge saga hai and love story is just a bonus but main theme is her revenge

Honestly as much as they tried to show it as 'turu love' for Purvi, it failed for me. It's just tharak. Or maybe actually purvi is in love with Aru the way men fall in love in BW/ITV movies. Udti Hui julfein, lehrata hua dupatta or pallu, sexy figure and ho gaya Janam Janam ka pyaar. Personality, akal, etc se kya hi Lena Dena hai.

The same way purvi saw a hot 6ft guy, and ho gaya Ishq.

Also kinda makes sense because on naagin women are the one doing dhishoom dishoom. Men are just there to look hot and serve chemistry
