He also denies 100 cr,200 cr landmarks to certain films. That is his wish and his business model. Good for him. But the distributor/Producer knows. These are the people who make careers.

BOI is the only source who doesn't get bribed by Production house to show fudge figures. Yes, they aren't 100% perfect, but still, the only one who are reliable.

It's n o t about "responsibility" but about the "authenticity of the data" Sacnilk gets through their research. That's why the boxoffice numbers in India can't be named 'authentic' by none of those who publish whatever amount. However Sacnilk is known to try to get exhibitors (theater-owner) numbers - for the occupencies and/or the footfalls.
