Tulsi's return to Shanti Niketan should bring a change. It shouldn't be the same like earlier. She should manage the house and not the kitchen. She should make Noyona, Suchu and Mitali do the house work. Specially Mitali since she's the daughter in law. But, first and foremost she should throw out Noyona, Suchu and Ran out of the house.

Chances are if Mittali tries to cook everyone dies of food poisoning and it won’t even be intentional.
