Precap has Tulsi at Munni’s office and she’s requesting her secretary to allow her a meeting when Munni steps out of the office and sees Tulsi. She refers to her as Malkini even now and touches her feet in front of everyone. Tells her secretary Tulsi’s like a mother to her and takes her into her office. She asks Tulsi to sit on her chair but Tulsi declines stating it’s her place as she’s earned it. She’s proud of the various certificates in Munni’s office. Munni tells her you made it possible for me to reach here but left Shanti Niketan yourself? I know this because I stayed in touch with Maharaj Ji.

So Munni knows everything that is going on in SN. That means Rithik being married to Mitali and having a kid won't be a shocking news for her

Another take on Hritik-Munni. Not sure if it was already discussed.

So, Hritik had a zero social life and was low on self-esteem. Munni empathises with him and creates a fake account and befriends Hritik. What starts off as a friendly gesture turns to a one-sided love that she pursues by hiding her identity despite knowing that Hritik in falling in love with the mystery girl and even wishes to meet in person. Despite the desperation and genuine attempts that is shown by Hritik, Munni hides her identity and continues to lead him on only to be exposed by Mitali and her accomplices.

What she did to Hritik was lead him on while herself being unsure if this had any future, what she did was betrayal of both the friendship she shared with Hritik and the trust that the family bestowed. She got enough chances to come clean but she did not.

Hritik rejecting her was first a consequence of the betrayal and playing with his feelings and then that he felt nothing more than friendship and had different aspirations about the mystery girl. Munni being a househelp was secondary reason that doesn't discount her mistake of misleading him.

[The makers wanting to bring societal disparity again, becomes secondary to the already apparent actions of Munni.]

Imagine had the genders been reversed, would it have been taken kindly?

Also, what Munni is today was also a consequence of the resources given by Tulsi (atleast from what was shown that Munni was enrolled into a hostel, ALL facilities taken care of). So, belittling the rich Viranis and such "cycles of life" does no justice to the problem which is, Hritik was mislead and taken advantage of.

The Parth Vaishnavi Dev triangle feels very typical Ekta-coded. Looks like Parth and Vaishnavi will fall in love, but eventually Parth will sacrifice his love for Dev.

I have been thinking, maybe Mitali used her Maasi's trick and blackmailed Ritik saying they had a ONS and she was pregnant.

Otherwise, I don't see any reason why they would get married.
